I own a MF 1735M and it's been a great workhorse on my farm so far. I put about 75 hours on my tractor and have no complaints. Before this I owned a MF GC1715. That was also a great tractor, but I wanted a bigger tractor to get more work done on the farm so I traded my little one in. I think if you had a few dealers around your area you could negotiate a better price. I bought my tractor for about $25,500 new and two implements for another $5,000. Besides the cost of the tractor I think you will be overall satisfied with the Massey Ferguson brand.

That is a sweet M-F 1835M ! It is sad to see the old iron go ,but You got do what you got do. I myself could not part with my 59 M-F 50 & I also bought in 2018 a M-F 1526 because I needed a front end loader & 4 wheel drive. The lights You have on the rops bar are fine you have the guards around them. On a different subject ,come Nov. I'll be done with my CDL I retired last Nov. I was mostly a day tripper, did a short bit of OTR & I do not miss driving for a living at all, after doing it for 44 yrs. But that is a nice K Whopper You have there good luck to You & your endeavors & your new Massey Fergunson.

I came across the 1 year old video. I hope the new tractor is working out for you. The old tractors are nice but it is hard to beat the features and power of modern tractors.
I bought MF 1735m with backhoe , 3rd front hydraulic remote with grapple. Love it. However im 170hrs and now having loosing power under acceleration and stall intermittently.
My family just purchased a Massey 1840, absolutely great machine!

Congratulations that is one nice tractor. It will do all you need it to do. I've been thinking about a new tractor and I was thinking Massey Ferguson and 1835-1840 was the ones I was stuck on. Thanks for sharing hope all goes well

Hey Ryan just seen your vidio, and wellcome to the Massey-Ferguson club. They just re-perfected the old 1736 by deleating the shabara clang-a-matic, rattling non particulate filter job. I have a 2016 1736 (quiet as a mouse, smoth as silk mitsubushi engine. A friend has a 2019 1736m, what a rattle trap! Yours seams smouth as silk with the Iseke clone of the mitsubishi engine. Plus you have the worlds best transmission ,the electro-hydralic power shutle in this size tractor. The tranny can be shifted, forward to reverse with no clutch except under 8th speed and under half throtle with light loads, you be amazed once ya get the hang of the throtle action. It will be a walk in the park, you being a professional big-rig Truck driver. I have a old massey and a 2016 kubogy. I live 25 miles from you buy the way. Good fortunes with the new 1835 ,best choice you could have made.
Hello Donald, I have a 1735m 2020 with the shibaura engine. It’s noisy compare to the 1736 Mitsubishi, but had no issue for now. I use it minus 40 celcius to 40. Live in North Canada.
I am curious to know what you don’t like of this engine so I can prepair myself to the worst if needed.
Do you register it just like a car?? Sorry for the dumb question I figured it has turn signals so probably maybe lol

Piece of advice....take those lights off the outside of the ROPS and move them inside or you will join the busted ROPS light club real soon.

Which tractor is a better quality and more reliable tractor, Kioti or a Massey Feeguson?
The 1835m I thought it was a 36 Hp
I'm looking to purchase the same tractor. I haven't decided on Hydro or shuttle shift though. Are you happy with the shuttle shift or wish you would have went with the hydro?
I like the shuttle shift a lot. It is smoother. However, the 3 range selector sticks sometimes. It could be tight because of new.
How slow will it go in the lowest gear?
Need to look at the manual when I get home. Will keep you posted! Still on the road!

Have this great tractor also a (1736 2018 model 12×12 hydralic power shuttle shift) same version except hand throttle on colume. First dirt gear like Ryan and manual says is a "streaking 0,24 mph." At full rpm. At idle divide that by 3.3 === can't even tell that it is moving! It has ALL the gears you will ever need, Really, Really like the power shuttle ---INSTANT forward-reverse changes (just feather the accelerator pedal for gradual-smooth operations). Ninety five percent of hydro-slack-o-matic owners (Except M-F owners) have a CHEEP version of what a tractor transmission is all about.
What is the price of this tractor, if you don't mind posting. Tks in advance.
