You have put a lot of work into renovating this Yamaha two-stroke outboard. An interesting technical solution from the Producer: the ignition advance is assigned to the throttle angle, not the centrifugal force! Congratulations and best regards 😀.
Was it seized? Because if not it definetly did not need a full teardown. If you are doing a full rebuild like this, replace the impeller and gaskets, it is supposed to be done once a year.
I have one just like this engine and from the sea trail engine doesn’t run at top speed something is still wrong probably a foul plug. But if you can send me the link to get the overhaul kit that would be awesome.
there is no torque, they used the drill for everything which is 740 ft.lbs. of Fastening Torque which is dangerous for the life of the engine given that the correct torque was not given in the important parts souch as the head or the oilpan/crankshaft. Its economic at least 👍👍
The master mechanic successfully restored this Yamaha engine from broken to new again..Very awesome job big friend 🔧🔧🔧🔧🛠️♥️♥️♥️🇷🇴🇷🇴

Did you forget to maintain the impellers? Engine water drainage is poor. I think it's an engine from 1997-1999.
Thank you for your feedback so we can improve future products. Wish you good health.

@@Adlwarth that was the joke I was making.
I think the engine doesn't run properly, there must be a problem with the fuel and electrical system
