Gentle reminder: This reset doesn't mean beating yourself up over unfinished plans. Think of it as pressing the pause button, an opportunity to fine-tune our focus and ensure we're on track to achieve our aspirations, whatever they may be 🌱
Thanks for the reminder. I've had a LOT of setbacks this year, all unexpected and none caused directly by my actions. For most of my life, I've tended to beat myself up at every opportunity, but these last few years I've gotten better at being kinder to myself. I just knew that watching a vid by you on this topic would be more healing than triggering, and I wasn't wrong! Thank you.
This is a great exercise, taking stock of the year behind and ahead. A halfway pause (yes, 2023 is about half over!) to assess and make some deliberate goals and how to achieve them. It's almost MidSummer, which is another calendar reminder.
At work I have to prepare Correction Action Plans for the Federal Government. Almost every question here is part of the CAP, list of goals to achieve the big goal of compliance and estimate time of completion of each. Then explain what happened, what was the cause of what happened and what are we are going to do now. And, of course, the status of the goals.
A few days later but I've managed to make my first mid year reset plan. It's been good to reflect about how this year has been so far and what I want the next half to look like. Thanks again!
Thank you, Neil! ✌️ The RV is still in the works. I wanted to post the makeover video already this week but it's taking a bit more time than expected so nothing to post yet 😄 The plan is to get 95% of the things ready in the next 2 weeks so we can start to actually travel with it. So update video regarding that most likely coming in the next 2-3 weeks 👍
Wonderful content, since you explained exactly how to go about it... I will be taking on this exercise this weekend or next... Check how I have been doing so far... Thanks, Seve!
First time seeing one of your videos. Clicked and heard your voice. Said to myself, "He sounds Finnish". Interesting because most of the reset type of videos I see are made by women who use various planner systems. Other than Ryder Carroll (who created the original Bullet Journal) and a guy named Riley Blanton (who uses Michael Hyatt's Full Focus Planner) yours is the first video of this specific type that I've seen done by a guy.
Yes a quick hop to Helsinki for 4 days. However we are all a little depressed now that we are not staying longer so planning a longer trip next time and heading north. It’s impossible to get a sense of a place or it’s culture from a map or pictures. Your videos give a feel of how relaxed, friendly and calm it is here which is a side benefit to your core message which I try to hard to emulate. Keep up the good work and thank you again.
I removed youtube shorts with app revanced. But i feel like I'm still to long on youtube. I am more happy that at least im chosing videos that I'm watchin, but would be more happy if there is an app that removes recommend video. I know there is on computer but I don't really watch it there, i need it for phone
I also watch videos on RUclips, and am quite selective about it... And yet, I end up watching more than what I initially set out to do... Need to curb the impulse.

@@BaselardFE Great to hear! Thanks for sharing this with me 😊
Speaking of goals... whatever became of your RV? Thanks for putting out informative videos. Always enjoyed getting to see one of yours.

Well, good that I stand out from the crowd I guess 😉
Your channel motivated me to visit Finland. It’s just amazing here! Thank you!
Awesome! Are you in Finland right now? 🌞
Yes 🌞😁. It’s my new favourite place!
It’s clear to see that it is the happiest place in the world. The people are really nice.
@@alandonoghue5415 That's awesome to hear! 😍 You probably are in Helsinki, right?

Wow, you visited Venice!?! I was just there as well ;)
No way! 😂
Bro doesn’t miss 🙌🏻

Yeah I would use that as well 😄 I'm now deleting the app at times just to stay away from it. I watch great videos but all needs to be balanced

Or…How NOT to waste your life by never considering what is truly important to you.
Live long and dwell in contentment my friend
Well said, you too 🥰
