I can't thank you enough! Yours is the only video I've found that clearly shows how the fuel hoses are connected. The magic moment is around 3m30s when that leaking grommet (mine too) pops out. You can clearly see which hose goes where. Thanks a bunch!!!

Looks like your primer can be disassembled and the bulb replaced. Looks like your fuel line kit already had a bulb in it too.
Thanks for taking yours apart to remove doubts for myself. Now I can get the parts and know which direction to go. I think I’ll replace the fuel lines and bulb while I’m in there.
    Thanks!

Thanks for the video. You can pinch the bulb hard with needle nose pliers and crush it, it comes right out without disassembly.

Awesome vid! I was priming and gas was squirting out so looks like I have a cracked primer bulb and I didn't want to buy a whole new edger. Ill give this a try 👍

if you have a pair of hook tipped needle nose pliers you can do this with less than 1/4 of the work. just hook the pliers up under the primer bulb, dislodge the clips that hold it in place and pull it out of its socket then disconnect the gas lines, plug them into the new bulb, snap it into place and good to go. no need to remove the entire assembly

Exactly the same work I'm going to be doing on my Toro. I had a fuel line break inside the gas tank 3 years ago (trimming line to the break and running it always full to the max made it work, but now it's leaking at the bulb and the grommet.
They sure don't make things like they used to. My granddads old riding lawn mower from the 50s ran for 45 years before he sold it (got too old to do it himself). All he ever did was change the oil every spring, clean or change the spark plug and lube various moving parts with machine oil or grease. The belts (like other consumable products) were all changed as needed
He also thoroughly washed it (or supervised us grand kids as we did it) after each use.

This Video saved me time and money. Now I got time to drink and smoke my weeds, thankfully

I appreciate the effort, but ... When you do something like this, please don't assume everyone knows what you are doing. The start of your video skips over what I was actually looking for - how to gain access to the bulb. Also, it is very difficult for the viewer to watch your hands cover up what you are trying to show us as you speak. Try to get the camera angle in such a manner as to show us what it is that you are doing. Again, I appreciate the effort and that you were willing to post this. Just some feedback to help you improve things next time around.

Thanks for the video. It would be even better if you altered the camera angle, so that your hands don't obscure what you are doing. I think use of a screwdriver will lift out the bulb with the two fuel lines, so that you do not need to remove the filter housing and carburooster.

You can just pry off the bulb assembly and push on the fuel lines from the back without taking off the whole carb.

Hi. Great video. If you still have the information, could you reply back with part numbers for those fuel line kits. That's exactly what I need. I have the same thing with mine....gas leaking from the bulb.

For the fuel lines, I think this is what I bought.

Hey Cliff thanks for the video. I'm having to change out the grommet for my fuel tank. Do you have the part number from amazon?

Your big hands were in the way and I couldn't see what you were doing. Maybe stand on the other side, or move your camera around so we can see what is going on. Other wise it was good info. thanks.
