- This quick video shows how the FEA and CFD capabilities within SOLIDWORKS can be combined to perform a more realistic wind loading analysis. External airflow patterns are calculated with SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation, and the resulting loads directly transferred to your stress analysis, no guesswork required.

Note: After solving the SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation results it is necessary to "Export results to Simulation" from the pull-down menus Tools > Flow Simulation > Tools > Export Results to Simulation, in order to write the additional output data required for pulling the pressure maps into SOLIDWORKS Simulation FEA.
It took me 5 hours to figure this out. I was just about to write a comment that without it it is impossible

It looks like there may have been a crucial step overlooked in this video, after the SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation results are run it is necessary to "Export results to Simulation" through the tools menu. This writes some additional output information that is necessary for mapping the Flow Simulation results to a SOLIDWORKS Simulation FEA
