hey man, im a fan of your works. keep it up, you're doing a great job
Great vid m8!
You have done a great job in making this model and also showing how to do CFD for it. Learned a lot from both the videos👍
Thank you! 🙏🏼
Hi. I would suggest u include the airflow effect of ground with the tesla underneath. Unless if u were testing if the tesla can fly or not.
From the contour, I can see that there is no build up pressure underneath.
Even in wind tunnel test, the car would be tested with the floor.
Good point! I will include that if I work on this again
Yeah for a model of that size, you would need a fluid domain that’s at least 5 times the length of the car at the rear. And 3 times it’s length at the front and the height and width at approximately 2 car lengths
Ah ok, thanks for the knowledge!
Hey mahdi I like to become a mechanical designer but am hoping to get someone to guide me on it are you ok with it
Hey Mahdi, are you at the Autodesk University event ? I think I heard your voice asking a question.
Hi Khaled, no I'm not haha. How was the event though and were was it?
@@MahdiDesigns oh okay my bad haha. I heard someone who had the same voice as you and the same accent lol. The event is great! It's still going on, it also continues tomorrow. Btw, I love your videos and I'm really inspired by your work!
Sorry to break your trance these imaginary flows don't exist in real world. A car or plane ploughs through static airmass pushing it forward not backwards. Air moves forward creating a wake like a boat in a delta shape, NOT laminar flow.
To get a demo just stand by a busy freeway and experience the draft chasing a hi speed car that's just passed by. Real dynamics are totally different. :)
