Great video. Would be interesting to see your commercial solution with actual tolerances and drawings. I don't get the part where you say that the inner ring must be executed as a split version. You could add the balls and spacers from an outer ring bore hole.
could something like that be turned into a 3d print to create a shell of an rc car?
ممنون مهدی جان اطلاعات خوبی دادی منم سیدنی هستم شما کجایید؟
Would share the script😊
Where can I buy the waterproof buttons?
Hey mahdi I like to become a mechanical designer but am hoping to get someone to guide me on it are you ok with it

what 3D material did you use to print?
hey do you have a 3d model
See my website link in video description
This is mad cool, good work man!
Thanks! 😀

So cool! 🐠🐠 Do you have any thoughts on what you do differently for the next iteration?
Will increase the low thrust setting and maybe use a higher voltage battery for more speed 😀
It's worth noting that that is not how professional slewing bearings are built, IIUC. Rather than have the inner or outer ring consist of two parts (which would presumably introduce a lot of weakness to the design maybe?), they drill a hole in the non-toothed ring, feed the balls and spacer rings via that hole, and then plug the hole. I think. I totally understand that you had your reasons to build yours this way, it's just that the video should have maybe emphasized that this was built differently to the standard approach.
Yep good point, thanks for pointing that out. This was somewhere between hobby level and professional
Hello sir, it’s so inspiring to see your video. I’m also in university and my project is to build an adaptable prosthetic arm using 3D printer. I was wondering if you would mind to share your research paper with me cause I’m in my first year of engineering and really don’t know were to start. Thank you for considering my DM
hey bro where you buy that reversing lead screw?
Robot digg website
thank you bro
молодчинка!
Can you share all the videos shown in 17:11 need it as soon as possible for assembly
huge respect to you man
Can u plz share the code
Is there anyone who did coding on arduino uno plz helppp
Is the cad or stl files included dimensions, ready to 3d print ? Asking to make purchase
Stop smacking your lips !
0:14 I see what you did here...
I've been trying to build a bionic arm, but most resources are scattered on the web. But this video made more sense than all the papers I've read. Thanks, man!!!!!! (and could you help me with my bionic Arm project? I'm having a lot of trouble getting it done )
where to find papers in pdf of solid works exam ?
Too many Umm's. The material is good.
Hello sir, I am working on making a prosthetic arm for one of our college prof. , but we require to build it above the elbow joint, I needed help in understanding how would the elbow rotation work, If you could provide some help onto the same would be great.
Can you tell me the maximum speed that the self reversing screw can reach?
Do you have a website?
Sorry to break your trance these imaginary flows don't exist in real world. A car or plane ploughs through static airmass pushing it forward not backwards. Air moves forward creating a wake like a boat in a delta shape, NOT laminar flow. To get a demo just stand by a busy freeway and experience the draft chasing a hi speed car that's just passed by. Real dynamics are totally different. :)
It seems that affordability is the goal of us all, but dexterity is the main goal, then material, then compactness, and finally touch and sensation. Still working on the first step I see... Keep up the good work.😁😎
hey i electrodes that i am currently using are not that efficient where can i buy these electrodes
When you are a foreigner from less developed country having these can shut down stereotypes recruiter might have about you.
Great vid m8!
Great job!
thanks a lot
great !!!!
HI Mahdi, I was involved in the using/testing of 3D printed hands, through the Victoria Hand Project through the University of Victoria and found the strength (material) was insufficient for my particular needs. The design is awesome, but plastic breaks too easy. I use my hook almost exclusively because of breakdown. I am never near replacement materials. The design/concept is amazing, but unsuitable for an active lifestyle. Keep up the good work.👍👌👍
great work ! just wondering if you are willing to share any great sources for motors that you have been using for your project ?
Thanks! I got the motors from Pololu and Ningbo Leison motors
thanks (: @@MahdiDesigns
what is the difference between micro gearmotor and the servos in usage and control ? and which is better for prosthetics ?
Great job thanks ......Can you send me this design please ?
See link in description
Can u send code plzzz
Repairing formula
If you want to lvl up, have to use curvature hairlines. Something following curvature between surfaces is only stage one. Creating proper flow of curvature hairs is stage 2. Profile tweaking is last stage.
Technically you have to go through the CSWA and CSWP to be allowed to sit the CSWE, so the former two become a necessity if you want the benefits of the third. IMO, like you said with the tests not testing mechanical design theory or creativity, the CSWE is best used as a certification showing efficiency. It is an excellent sidepiece to a portfolio, showcasing that not only do you have the skills of the portfolio but the proficiency of the certificate.
Just what i was searching for, thanks a lot !!!
A big thanks to you for sharing this.
Where can i get stl files for this arm?
Mdesigns.space
Thanks for this nice design, I am not sure about calculation of pulley ratio. Could you give the exact pitch of screw and number of teeth pulleys. Or can you give a formula involving pitch, diameter of drum and pulley ratio
Your thesis is a gold mine for my futur studies, i can't thank you enough sir
