Hello there is no way i could not subscribe after this video. For a long time i was thought of not going to the doctor and getting seen for things because i felt guilty of taking benefits but not anymore because you serve and you deserve. You honestly should make this video every year.
Just joined the 100% P&T group. It is life changing for myself and my family. Took me 15 years of fighting in order to finally get what I should have had from the beginning. Also, don't forget the extra perks associated with P&T such as no property taxes etc.
Great video sir. I’m still serving at 19 years active trying to do another 4 so my son can graduate high school. I feel like even with my E-5 retirement unless I get E-6 before and my VA I should be good. I am both Iraq and Afghanistan vet and earned my Combat Action Medal from 06 snd have been Security Forces my whole career wearing all the body armor. I hope everything will work out where I can just be retired and enjoy my family after being gone so much. Thank you for your service and this video as it gives me hope.
You're welcome I hope ypunget the E6 as well however document every time you go to sick call until you get out. You're gonna need to prove direct service connections
@@NuLifeVeterans I will be since I’m in the final stretch. Do you know since I do have a Combat Action Medal and have been to both Iraq and Afghanistan plus 3 other tours and my job do you think I should have many issues? I heard they question less if you served in combat and the locations too.
I'm 90% disable 50% pay injured on Title 10 orders. Next year I'm eligible for my NG retirement pay I have 21 years of total service. Can I get CRPD, VA Disability, and Military Pay. I signed to VA 13 years ago...can you advise no one seems to know.

Disability pay went up this year, but with the current inflation rate it actually went down or did not keep up with inflation. It's not inflation proof. That's the factual "Joe" variable you left out ; \
Need to be P&T. But he is right . At 55 you should be good to go just don’t file a new claim that will open your case back up. I’m a retired 100% p&t. Veteran. I didn’t get my P&T until I hit 55yrs old.
Tax free, recession proof! You never see a DISABLED VETERAN tag on a pile of junk automobile.
Now that you say that, this is so true. I know about 10 vets that got 100%. All of then got a nice looking ride and none of them rent.
I’m 100% P&T and drive a 2003 Toyota echo 😂 I’m saving my money! Ain’t trying to be flashy.

Don't forget if your retired from the military you get retirement and disability which is awesome
Does medical retirement still count? Or can you not draw a retirement check for being medically retired on top with your VA disability check?
@@SincerelyMartin Yeah I have the same question... If I find out i'll post what I find
@@SincerelyMartin you can have either the retirement or the disability if medically retired, not both, not unless the person serves 20 years.
@@texan903 okay thank you so much for clearing that up for me.

If your not 100% but all your items are static is it still protected?
Only if your 55yrs old
If all your disabilities are static you should be P&T. You need a copy of ratings code sheet and claims file .
How do you get P&T I’m only 70 but I’m permanently retired.
Am I protected if I have 100% P&T and 27?
Yes but I’d recommend still seeing doctors once a year at the va and complain about your service connections
