Man, Akio Orsuka is everywhere, first I heard his voice as Solid Snake, Ansem, Wammu and now this, his work is brilliant and his of course a fantastic VA.
Akio is also the voice of Xehanort in Kingdom Hearts (succeeding his father, Chikao Otsuka, the original Japanese voice of Dr. Eggman), as well as Terra-Xehanort, Blackbeard (One Piece), Spawn (Spawn: Armageddon), Shunsui Kyouraku (Bleach) and a whole lot more.
Every time I hear Sumalee Montano's voice, all I can hear is Arcee from Transformers: Prime. Still have to watch that series in its entirety, but what I saw of it was AMAZING. I also met one of the people she worked with on that series: Peter Cullen, the voice of Optimus Prime. :D

I prefer to play it in Japanese just because I feel more immersed, but I do take the risk of having my eyes glued to the subtitles if I want to actually understand the story.
How the heck does the characters have such an eerie resemblance to their Japanese voice actors. Like Norio, minus some hair i could see him as a monk. And Ishikawa looks like Chau
Loved this game, it's a shame that the Japanese dub doesn't sound as high quality as the english dub, and of course theres the fact that the characters lip movements only synch with the English dialogue
@@seansu1248 Right I know Sucker Punch is an American dev, but since the game itself had such a strong and detailed respect for japanese culture i figured maybe they'd go the extra mile and make the Japanese dub more solid.

kudos to all American/Japanese voice actors/actress but i feel more emotions the way the Japanese deliver their voice acting though i cant understand them without subtitles. But all in all they are all great.

Jin's voice is so calm and sweet when he talks to friends/villagers, yet so firm and determined.
