It is going to be an EV hub with world leading companies having manufacturing facilities. It is also very green and its especially accentuated in rainy season. It just needs a dedicated, within city limits international airport with integrated cargo hub as thousands of IT and businesses have to travel Mumbai. Great people, no language barrier and lovely weather makes Pune indeed the best city

Thanks for the drone video. Where are the trees in all these new areas? Amanora has impressive shaped buildings but very few trees. And Eon Park in Kharadi looks like it was built in Dubai. Absolutely no trees to be seen. What happened to the city of trees? Surely the tree cover of the old city and the cantonment can be continued into these areas. Come on all you wealthy builders, it can't be that expensive to plant good solid growing tree species. For example, Yoo Pune has managed to keep the tree cover, that's a good model to follow.

Why are only the suburban areas shown? I was expecting the core areas to be shown as well… which define the actual Pune city. But unfortunately turned out to be a bit underwhelming & disappointing. Please make another video showing the parts of the main city.
