Wendi just...bothers me to the core. I have faith that she will be brought to justice. She starts out these testimonies being so flippant. I hope and pray that she is stressed out every moment of every day that her family of conspirators is being dismantled.

I still can’t get over the fact that Donna and Harvey did not attend Charlie’s trial or sentencing!!! If they “believed” he was innocent why didn’t they support him?

Whole Adelson did not attend the trial where they stand together, but they don't support him? Wendi is not innocent and hope she get punished for hiring someone to kill her husband.
I’m sure Charlie’s atty did not want them there. Donna would be shaking her head, making faces in disagreement to the Prosecutor.
It may have been off-putting to the Jury.
Because they SAY they care and insist he’s innocent, but it’s just not true. They’re love is conditional, and the kids are never more important than themselves. If Donna actually cared about her grandsons she wouldn’t have insisted on murdering their loving father!
The way she smiles and laughs at the most inappropriate times is so telling. She absolutely involved in the set up. She’s the only one who knew Dan was leaving for New York.
That’s THE MOST IRRITATING THING!! I thinks she does that to “appear calm,” then she knows how to revert to her fake voice cracks for the same purpose. 😡
Yup. On the morning Dan was killed. She talked to him and he said he was going to premiere gym and gave her the time frame. She got the ball rolling.
To me the fact that they were willing to pay Dan 1 MILLION DOLLARS to relocate shows just how desperate they really were for her to leave Tallahassee.
And would stop at nothing to get her back to Miami.
Poor little Wendi having to hide her light and play second fiddle to Dan by living in the backwater of Tallahassee. She was so desperate to become something, to get back to Miami where Donna could play mother to her boys while she tried to forge a brilliant career. Well, that didn’t turn out and now Tallahassee is claiming the Adelsons one by one. Sweet justice!
Wendi is so smug! She is hard to listen to!! She thinks she is the smartest person in the room. I hope they can get enough evidence to put her away for a long time!!
It's completely disgusting and infuriating how much she smiles and laughs through it all.
I honestly don’t see how she could respond in any other way on the stand if she IS innocent.
People are letting their emotions about this case override the facts & the evidence we know exists.
I don’t doubt she believes Charlie did this, now, but if it were your loved one, you would hope beyond hope it wasn’t true and not want to contribute to his conviction
It’s good Charlie’s been convicted & Donna arrested. There’s plenty of evidence of guilt.
But as for Wendi it doesn’t exist.
There’s only one really problematic piece of evidence that circumstantially points to Wendi.
The drive down Trescott.
But that’s not enough for an arrest or to be tried for murder or conspiracy at this point.
We live in a country of laws still.

Seriously? She laughs and smiles thru trials about her ex husbands murder and you think that normal? Are you out of your mind? Wendi will go to prison be cause there is plenty of evidence that will be enough to convince a jury she was part of a criminal conspiracy. At worst, she will be convicted of perjury in a cap murder case which can be 15 years.
@@cateellington4081Usually, when someone passes away there is a sense of sadness when speaking about their death, even someone you didn't get along with. There's regret for unresolved issues.
It's one of the best interactions ever , the defense attorney just roasts Wendi and no objections because the Prosecutor hates wendi too 🙂
A couple things I don't understand about Wendi:
1. Per her own words in her podcast - she was never in love with Dan Markel
2. She iniated the divorce
3. She drives by murder scene - doesn't inquire if ex husband or children are safe
4. She claims she's been helpful - but moves to Miami a few days after murder lawyers up
5. She changes her sons names to Adelson
6. She states she may change again to different name (like changing shoelaces)
no regard for how her sons will feel, totally cutting off all association with their own
father and family on that side
So it all seems to circle back to Wendi is the problem, started the mess

It will be interesting to see how many people in her family get prison, and if there will be enough evidence to charge her. She will probably be the last domino to fall.
Tim Jansen from sts has been working with Wendi's attorney John Lauro and Raushbaum and as a team they have done a good job of promoting Wendy's innocence and providing top cover to keep Wendy free. You have to have powerful friends if you're going to act like Wendy Adelson and stay free. Wendi has powerful friends like Tim jansen.
Anyway they're providing a lot of top cover and influence to the point where Wendi does not have to worry about prosecution. Or do you think they're just letting her remain free because there's not enough evidence? That's laughable. This is political and Wendi will not ever be arrested.

Hearing Wendi lie about why she called Dan “jibbers”…she claims Dan was “terrorizing “her , treating her horribly. Wendi and her murderous family were the ones terrorizing Dan and treating him horribly. Wendi was shocked that Dan would actually stand up against Wendi for his rights as the father of the boys! As well as his right to getting his family heirloom back, his right to family assets that Wendi stole and filed financial statements that were false. I can’t stand listening to Wendi lying . I really hope she is held accountable for her role in Dan’s murder.
She also said everything was copacetic at that point. So why did she feel threatened?

There is no way in hell this hit could happened without Wendi setting it up with Katie. Everything leads right back to Wendi being the one who gave the information to set up that hit. It couldn't have happened without information only Wendi knew.

She did nothing wrong? She cheated on Dan and lied to her family as to why she left. She robbed Dan blind before leaving. She slandered Dan for years making sure everyone hated him. She robbed her parents and hounded them for years about her divorce.
All my years in this case, we’ve never seen a shred of evidence she cheated on Dan.

Not sure where you heard she lived with him for a long time after the divorce petition was filed. Everything I've listened to supports that Dan was blind-sighted by Wendy leaving.
Sept. 2012 - Wendy secretly filed for divorce and while Dan was out of town on a business trip, she secretly moved out with the help of her parents, leaving a copy of her divorce filing on their bed for him to find when he got home. She took the children and didn't even have the decency to leave info as to where she or the kids were.

Wendy left. She left the divorce papers on the marital bed and moved out with the kids in tow when Dan was away on a business trip.
She moved to her own place not too far from Dan, She took all the material things she wanted and left. She never lived with Dan thereafter.
When Dan came home from his business trip it was to an almost empty house. He does not know where his boys are. EVIL Wendi did not let him know where the boys were. Think about that,
Her long, direct eye contact is telling.
Wendi's is now a miserable existence.
She must never sleep without heavy sedation. Constantly looking over her shoulder. She knows that everyone knows what she did. Its a living Hell.
Wendi has been exposed universal… she have many sleepless night unless her conscience is seared.

The irony in the outcome of this trial:
Dan will never get to see his children grow, so will Charlie.
Dans parents were separated from their grandchildren during their young age,Wendy’s parents will have the same fate until end of their lives.
Wendy moves from Tallahassee to Miami to be near her family, half of her family ends up in Tallahassee prison.
All this done to gain custody over 2 children but 2+2+2+1 children ends up losing parents one way or other

What’s stands out to me is how consistent Jeffrey Lacasse’s interviews and testimony have been when compared to Wendi’s testimony. Wendi’s demeanor also stands out compared to every other witness except for Charlie (defendant).
All Wendi asks is,"what is the question you are asking me".She thinks she is the smartest person in the room!This will be her undoing!😊
As far as this family is up each other's butts,Wendi knows everything,she is full of it!

I looked at the type of parent Donna is and she would have done anything for her kids. I then looked at Wendi and she never raised those boys her mother did. She used everyone to raise those boys so she could have a new life.

The morning before the murder, Wendi had the kids. It was Thursday morning. Her time was overnight Wednesday night. Elsewhere she testified that she took them to preschool that morning around 9:00 am.
It’s very possible - highly likely - that before dropping them at preschool she took them by Dan’s house so she could verify the hit men were there and had the correct house.
Sigfredo saw her and told Luis she was his “homie.”

Except the kids supposedly were signed into the school at 8:30 and LR said they were there near noon. I have brought this up for a few years suggesting that maybe the school never signed them in and may be covering . We did carpool and my kids weren’t signed in but the teacher took attendance
@@debbiemartin2026 oh wow! Did your kids attend this school? What kind of sign in sheet did they have? Some preschools have one sheet and each parent signs on the consecutive line. Others (my grandson) had his own sheet behind his table in the binder. A parent can put any time they want. In the case of individual sheets no one would ever know.

I’m overly obsessed with this case and I listen to RUclips at work so sometimes I hear the same videos 4-5 times. This video (and others) with Wendi on the stand, I will deliberately find my phone and forward through her verbal parts because she grates on me. Maybe because her fake humility and smug responses to almost everything because she’s SO smart! I can’t stand this woman.
Wendis guilt cannot be hidden.. all her stupid arrogant responses are digging her hole of lies and deceit deeper n deeper.

@@TheSocietyPageCharlie has never cared about anyone but Charlie. I think he “loved” Roman BUT while listening to ALL of those jail calls to Bri, I never heard him ask how Roman was. He often said Roman would be taken care of but he and Donna are going through a LOT of attorney fees.
Wendi was asked in one trial if her immunity meant that she couldn't be charged for the murder. Wendi said she understood by testifying she couldn't be charged. Georgia was quick to inform her that the immunity deal only protected information she gave during the trial but if they gained information elsewhere they could use it. To my understanding it doesn't cover perjury?
I wonder if this is the reason they haven't come for her yet - they might be harvesting sufficient evidence elsewhere? Meanwhile her's must be a life, albeit luxurious, of always looking over her shoulder.
@@Robutube1 I found it odd that Georgia focused more on exposing Wendi's involvement rather than focusing more on charlie. I believe she has known all along it was Katie and Wendi who set that hit up and brought Donna and Charlie in after the fact just like Charlie said.

Why would Charlie pay 1/3? The senior Adlesons appeared to have plenty of assets. What did Charlie have to do with it?
Exactly!! I've been curious, too, why every issue seems to be a family affair with these people. Personally I believe all the cash originated from D & H, and that they made it sound like a 3-way split to Wendi to convince her that the family was united in this decision.

I saw Tom Petty for the wildflowers tour. It was in Indiana too . Downtown Indianapolis at Market Square Arena!! Tom said he couldn't wait to sing Mary Jane's last dance down on market square in an Indiana town on an Indiana night!
