If he makes a deal, they won’t give Katie a deal. It’s one or the other and if his lawyer conveys same, he might be chivalrous and leave the opportunity for the mother of his children to get out earlier.
Unfortunately, there are many cold cases so it does happen that people have gotten away with murder. This case got solved due to Dan Markel's neighbor spotting the Prius. RIP Prof. Markel 🕊

I saw on one of Wendy's testimonies that she sent an email to her brother Rob and a few other people about how Dan was trying to take her law license. Then I heard an interview with Rob where he stuttered badly when asked if he thought that his family had anything to do with this. Do you think the prosecution will call him to testify against his mother and also Wendi if she were ever to get arrested.
Ohh man....I had to do 30 days in county in college during summer break. Drunk in public and trespassing. We had the exact same meal schedule. 4pm to 4am was torture 😂. Needless to say I never been back.

DA claims she called or texted CA but, never actually stopped. Remember Harvey is with DA. (And, much later June U. questioned CA once about a suitcase delivery/pick up by HA; while dating CA. June didn't want to come over that night. And, could you blame her!) WA told parents not to rush to Tallahassee. Relax or fly out (to Tallahassee) or perhaps just wait until tomorrow. (Suddenly WA is all grown up & can handle a traumatuc event ... without help or support? First time for everything ...?) But, WOW ... for a Jewish Service; roughly 48 hours away, and the father of her 2 children ... she's NOT in complete panic and total dispair ... (and reasonable shock due to the specific cause and manner of death). "She's git this"! Let's ... takk ... talk ... talk Hind site is always 20/20 ... She knew what happened. The question was did she know it was HER (alone with hitman option), Her FAMILY (alone with hitman ootion) or multiple Adelson; including herself (with hitman options)? Was landing on JL ... simply made up or strong Denial ... regarding her family only. Disbelief/Shock - OMG!? Had WA done the long interview "to protect" her family ... the gig is up. Now what? By herself? The answer was YES. Much has been shown regarding her knowledge. More than anyone incarcerated and arrested thus far. Yet ... she's the unindicted ... Adelson.
