I'm super impressed Darryl in both your deck design and construction as well as your video quality. It is hard to appreciate the time/planning and effort it takes to produce a quailty video on your own while your tring to build and you nailed it.
Thank you, brother! That’s a big compliment coming from you. I’m just trying to upload videos that make people feel something and that are helpful to them.👍🙏
You're doing a fantastic job all on your own. Love watching these videos. Those horizontal balusters really do need support in the middle. They will sag within a short period of time without additional support.
those horizontal balusters look good when you first finish a deck, but they will all sag, and warp within a year, without stabilizers in the middle of the sections, is just the nature of wood in the weather, especially treated wood in the sun. speaking from experience.
@mrmajestic345 Thanks for sharing that. Hopefully, the balusters are positioned closely enough to avoid deflection. I guess you’ll have to keep watching to see, my friend. 👍
@@darryldarks Just to let you know I wasn't just being critical, I do admire your courage and sense of adventure, to do something like this, and I love A Frame houses, getting ready to build my own in the mountains. Keep up the good work!
Aku tidak sabar tunggu hasilnya dan saya tetap mengikuti dan menikmati setiap prosesnya...saya sangat senang karena menjadi tontonan yang menghibur hariku.terima kasih
I live in Texas and can't wait to book a stay once it's finished!

Lol! Glad you liked it!

Awesome build!!!!
@dwightrivera3281 Thanks, brother! More great stuff coming! 👍👍👍
Happy wife, happy life is a bad phrase to live by. Happy spouse, happy house is a better one.
Same difference. When both spouses are focused on taking care of each other and keeping God first, things will be great. Hoped you liked the video! 🙏👍
Bravo!
@stanislavak.4823 Thanks, Stani! More great stuff coming👍👍👍
Love your work sir what's the cost on building one of those ?
any reason why go with shingles instead of the trendy metal ones.
Great question! Shingles are just way easier and cheaper to install. 🙏👍
Looks awesome!! Jus have a question. Is there an expected code for step rise and tread?
@skyking4501 Nope. But most stairs have a rise of 7-8 inches and a run of 10 inches. So, I just went with that. 👍
@@darryldarks thank you. I am gonna build a deck and just thought I’d get the scoop from a builder.
...... Lessondary!!!!!!!
@widowshijo! Oh, you’re too kind! 🙏👍
