    It has been highlighted many times here that you’ve shown a way to keep on working out through discipline and mental toughness, which is key to consistency and durability. I’d like to stress out that, for me, and probably for everybody, this goes much further than physical fitness. In my case, I see the repercussion of this in every aspect of daily life. I teach and do research for a living, very stressful and hard to cope with, as well as often depressing. Every aspect of intellectual work begins with a capable and reliable body. You’re way of training made it plain and clear: there’s no difference between body and mind. Big thanks, and take care! Happy week everyone,

    A question regarding the way you perform the kettlebell swings, have you ever seen Pavel Tsatsouline's "Enter The Kettlebell" instruction/docu? He goes to great length explaining perfect form kettlebell handling/manerisms & exercises. If you compare what is displayed there vs what you do, there are some differences.
    Form your knowledge on the burpee I know you choose the way you do your exercises very carefully, so, I'd like to know why you do the kettlebell swings the way you to them? As opposed to "up to chets height" and "box squads in the swing", just to name 2 of the differences.

    • @Crypto4always

      if use a 10kg vest at the moment. start with that and build your way up over time.

    • @acevfx2923
      @acevfx2923 11 месяцев назад

      It's already 10x more than 1 kg! Play around with it. Optimal weights are the ones that make uncomfortable enough at the start to make you question wtf you're getting yourself into, but then once you have pushed through the initial 'suck' the workout should become manageable. Experimentation is required!

      @@giannistheocharis5136 up to you. But even a 5kg is an improvement over not having one at all. You can always go higher so just try and see what goes for you. Usually one has to start at the bottom and grind his way up 😄
