Weighted Mean and Standard Deviation Applied in Likert Scale

Weighted Mean is a" kind of average" that is calculated by multiplying the weight associated with a particular event or outcome with its associated data values and then summing all the products together.
Standard Deviation is a measure of how dispersed the data is in relation to the mean.
