I spent most of the time on dark mode, also going to shift to Mac mini. I don't game, but watch lot of videos. Should I go for VA panels or IPS panels? I really like the contrasty dark more of VA
I think you will have a bad time coding on 27inch 1080p. I have 24 inch 1080p and it is hazy enough so I can't imagine 27 being too comfortable and your eyes will get hit hard. Will it be ok for games and videos, maybe? But we are talking about reading text all day. I would avoid 27 inch 1080p personally. for 1080p get max 24", and for 1440p get maximum 27".

idk personally as a game dev i like ips but thats just personal preference
