I was just reading today that bamboo can have formaldehyde. I have one as well. Now I have to go find a wood one.
Even 4 rounds of hydrogen peroxide didn't remove the fungus marks, much lesser than the board you showed on the video. :(

I saw the good vibes, too. They were brown--like tanning spray, rising from the piece of wood as he said the spell that lifted the stain in the wood directly into his skin.
Never use wooden boards for raw meat. Glass is the best material.

I don’t use a sponge or cutting board because of that but now I know how to use my HP 😄👍
I don't use a cutting board......I use a ceramic plate to cut my food on. Everyday I use a little bleach in my dish water, my cloth & sponge get cleaned that way. I also use peroxide....I know bleach isn't that great to use, but it sanitizes.
Rosie Hackett bleach Is the worst thing you can use it’s detrimental to your health. Use hydrogen Peroxide instead
Dont do that if you like to keep youre knifes sharp.
I use 30% white vinegaR diluted & FG baking soda. Most of the time. I use FG h202.. store bought H202 has metals. Oil with local raised beeswax.
Hydrogen peroxide has 2 atoms of Hydrogen per 2 atoms of Oxygen - no metal.

Aloha Suzanna, Dishwashers are very toxic. I dont personally use a dishwasher because all of the soaps are toxic and leave residue on the dried glasses, dishes, spoons etc.
If you do use the dishwasher I would recommend then washing them in water before you use them to remove the dried soap and other chemical residue from the dishwasher.
Smell the dishes and cups that come out of the dishwasher ... What do they smell like? Chemicals ... I just wash by hand .. Old school .. and then let them dry in the dish rack.

they dont fucking care about their health...they dont fucking care about animalrights, in fact they just care about gaining muscles and fucking (i think? okay some not but like im talking about the typical derpers) - and they dont eat a high fat diet cuz it sux for performance
high fat doenst feel right..its like...u feel like u dont want to do anything anymore cuz uve no power to do it (especially vegan aka somewhat low protein)...u can mask the effect of high fat with protein (at least to some extend) it seems
Hmmm, well first of all the human body doesn't need protein at all but it does need amino acids which come from protein and where do you find the bulk of it.............?.............fruits and veggies. Yes, a human can eat animals for the protein to get their amino acids but the meat itself is acidic to our chemistry. Not good. Besides most people cook their meats and in that process over half the amino acids are lost so whats the point of doing it other than someone just likin' meat in their diet or just plain out being misled by society. The acidic body is the root cause of all of man's dis-eases. Sure many other things in our reality cause the body to be acidic too such as soaps, toothpastes, shitty water and the list goes on and on but one has to realize this and navigate as best they can to alkalize the body and let it do it thing to be what it's supposed to be. WE are our biggest problems via our diets and bad habits but such is life. Ignorance and free will......... ain't they a bitch!?!

but it seems like every food out there got drawbacks
the only "perfect" food out there r green juices (with some insoluble fiber added back for pushing it thru the pipes) but then again getting enough calories from green juices is...rather difficult lol
cooked food makes u tired, and make u want to shower
starches r sticky and clog up ur colon and r dehydrating and give u eye slime, but r cheap and energy rich
meat is toxic in plenty of ways but makes u horny like a raccoon
standard raw vegan diet (80/10/10 style) is very clean (no eye slime etc) but its relatively expensive and ull lose all muscle/drive/motivation/will to fuck
best thing i found so far r sprouts, but they require a lot of tap/water which lays in the gut like a stone (at least for me)
and they seem to still maintain some of their "drying" properties from their seedling/starchness past and give eye slime lol
high fat diets r weird tho...sometimes they make u horny af and sometimes the opposite(/tired)..havent figured out yet what the determining factor is in that
humans r like some weird green eaters that no longer can digest greens (well they can digest them okayish-ly if they chew a lot...but its nearly impossible to get all ur calories from just greens)

sooooooooDark second Dr. Cassar eats a toooooon of protein. So I’m lost as to why you mentioned it. He’s always adding protein sources to his foods. Highly bioavailability stuff. Eats spirulina and chorella like it’s candy. Chai seeds in everything. Hemp everywhere. Plant based proteins. Pea protein etc. do you know some of the worlds strongest are vegan? (Patrik Baboumian)(Carl Lewis)(tony Gonzales vegan for years in the nfl) (Mike Tyson is vegan) I could go on and on. What’s this somewhat low protein talk? How’s a vegan diet low protein if that’s what the cows n shit be eating? Fill me in please
Not sure you can bio hack the body like that? Are you aware of the effect of fulvic acid and how it works to emulsify fats and fatty acids? How it breaks things down for digestion! Really interesting stuff with clinical research down. Fulvic acid will actually keep the oils from separating especially giving them a new form. Making them easily digestible.
