      I love watching people do food challenges while doing prolonged fasting stints. I feel full after watching people like Shutker aka The Shuts and Beard meets Foos. He has since retired but I still watch old ones. 😎🤣🤗👀🤳🇺🇸🇲🇽

    My Notes: There you go!
    5 tips
    1) Walk after the biggest meal 30 minutes. Burns glucose. Reduces insulin.
    Also walk after any meal.
    2) Close kitchen 3 hours before bed. Water, herb tea.
    3) Eat early I.F. 8am -2pm - 8 hr. window. Research showed there's 22% more autophagy.
    4) ACV before all meals, curbs cravings, digestion, reduces fat storage, reduces blood sugar spikes. Drink 15- 20 minutes before meals.
    ( try adding turmeric, ginger)
    5) Meal pairing
    Eat first: veggies/fiber
    Protein & Fat ( tells letting you are full)
    Carbs

    I’m at hour 67 of my 87hr prolonged fast and already lost 6lbs. Since Sunday evening. Not hungry and all my inflammation is gone. Going into the gym now to do a heavy weighted workout.

      Great job! I can do about 36 hours of fasting. When you break that fast, how much do you think you will gain back from that 6 pounds? Just curious. I understand fasting. But not as much about how you lose a lot of weight from it.

    Thank you for sharing your knowledge Ben. I’m 46 and on my own journey with an IF 18:6 protocol. Your content certainly keeps me on track to say the least, and I find myself constantly watching over and over again as you are very inspiring to me. I’m 5kg down after a month just following your steps. I’m feel better, look younger (I think!) already. I even enjoy a couple of beers on a weekend, but nothing like before. Thanks man, forever grateful love from the Uk 🇬🇧

    I am diabetic and have to take meds before bed. My question is I usually have to eat something when taking meds. To do what you are saying about not eat 3 hours before bed, what would I need to do? Just looking for answers on this.Thank you for any help.

    I definitely notice eating by 5 helps me. But I can still have a small snack up until 7 and be okay. But yes, an actual meal late, I gain every time

    You said you take three capsules of apple cider vinegar before each meal yet the package says three capsules a day. Isn't that too much acv?

    My husband ate omad for years ..ate healthy and was diagnosed with stage iv pancreatic cancer and lost him within three months of diagnosis and treatment ..
