Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Banana Bread Recipe! Easy to make, homemade from scratch!

Ingredients;
1 cup coconut oil
2 cups sugar
1 can -5 1/2 OZ. crushed pineapple with juice
4 eggs
1 ripe banana, mashed
4 cups of flour
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
