42 minutes of pleasure, entertainment and valuable knowledge! I go also with that thought of using parts while running ok(ish) providing that it does not produce catastrophic results! I never seen a clutch actuator but I suspect that these may be serviceable by cleaning and replacing the seals, is it?
Hello, thank you for watching! I do not service them, too many things to go wrong with it. I had one that seemed perfect like new and still it leaked. It's not expensive, not worth the money and time to try to restore it.
About the clutch slave - I always put a bit of grease on the mating surfaces with the engine. Iron and aliminium rust together really bad. One of these elbows failed on me too, replaced with plastic one.
Another great one! Thank you for showing the fluids change -engine oil , transmission fluid and coolant. Everything I need to do the service on mine. Do you think the coolant plugs down on the heads are easy to open?
Hi, just wanted to share that i fixed a lot of stuff in my "new" used 147 thanks to your help and finding out some new things. I changed a breather hose from block to valve cover leaking oil vapor also in the cabin, changed left driver node "ecu" and proxi aligned, cleaned the ELECTRIC "throttle body" full of oil and stuff that was stuck and made the car shake, changed EGR and sun things and fixed the washer hose. I'm now facing two issues (three but one is left upper arm lol): my left speaker not working (but the tweeter does) and the trunk not closed alarm. On this second one i also see the trunk light does not work. If you have any idea i'll hear. Thank you again for your videos
@alfaromeonoproblem i hope so and i will check if it switches from vcc to ground with the multimeter! I just hope its not some rear node issue related with the proxi alignment
@@alfaromeonoproblem The switch was ok (0.5 ohm resistance) but it was slightly out of its plastic supports and so it did not close! I fixed that and a good mechanic will change my front shocks arms and bar :) Loving this car so far, thank you for all the help and videos
Nice video as always! Can you help me Bruno please? so my glow plugs on my 2.4jtdm engine are very tightened and stuck, what can I do to remove them without breaking one? I need to change them tomorrow
I have not had this problem myself yet, however i saw an interesting video where a guy was not able to remove glow plugs. So he sprayed penetrating fluid into plug wells. Got up engine to temperature and after it cools down sprayed more fluid. Repeated this a few times. Plugs went out reasonably well.
Hello. I have tons of videos for that, you can find them on my channel and on the description below. Once you confirm a bad injector, remove it to be tested before repair
Excellent video - love the flat four content, keep it coming!

Hello. I did that too. That white one. Also did the blue one on the fork. Thanks for watching
Great job. That is more maintenece you did to this car in a few days then it was done from the beginning of the original ownership.
Hello. Possibly yes!

Hello, thanks for watching! Yes, they are very easy, just a 17mm socket for both plugs and two trays for that
@@alfaromeonoproblem Thanks a lot! Your videos show many people that owning an Alfa is not scary - if maintained properly!
@StoilStoychev thank you for watching
Wow... sounds great!
It does!

Hello, thanks for watching! You may have an issue on the trunk latch switch

@alfaromeonoproblem thank you again!
@CrowEditss I think it will not go to ground. The wires all go directly to the body computer

Oil filter coming from Alfa!
New old stock this ones. But a new type is still available for the dealership!
Hi Bruno. I think I one of my diesel injectors is going bad. Can I check it with the OBD scanner or do I have to take it out?
