    This operation was BY FAR the hardest for me and my friends, we'll never be touching this one on lethal again, lol.

      It's a tough one, a lot depends on how much ammo you get during the bridge section. If you get an ammo cache midway it's a lot more manageable.

    That last boss could have been a 10 sec thing if your buddy was using a gl and auspex lol

      I've had crazy damage even with the Stalker and Auspex as Tactical too, one phase doesn't even need the GL, I'm guessing it's the weakspot modifier.

    Good carry on this, that ScottZi115 guy stinks. Had to carry deadweight on your back. GGs! 😊 We all know too, Vanguard made sure to keep you alive at the end there.

      Lol that was a team effort all the way, the communication and cover was great, and you got more kills than me despite the downtime. It's just always gonna be tough for you when your teammate has a "switch all aggro to the other guys" button with cloak :P.

      True, but I will also say that I wasn't performing my best there. We did do it though as a team and it was a a fun time. Great teamwork.

    I'm not 100% against the idea of limited Ammo Cache in most cases, but in the Heldrake boss room, it has me worried about the potential to run out of refills to be able to finish off the Heldrake, lol.

      Technically you don't even need to shoot the Heldrake once, as the consoles do damage everytime they're completed. But yeah, can get tight. Meanwhile if you take a Tactical with an Auspex you can one-phase it pretty reliably :P

    Genuine question, do you think they should increase the ammo available on Lethal missions? I mainly play solo and since the change have been struggling solely due to lack of ammo and increase in Extremis/Terminis enemies. I go through nearly all my ammo trying to take out those two enemy types and then I'm left with nothing for regular enemies.

      Hmm tough question - what classes have you been running with? I've tried a couple of Lethal Solos but mainly as Assault or Bulwark who obviously rely less on ranged damage, and it's felt pretty manageable, but I haven't tried the other classes.
      I think if we had to break it down, it's mainly Zoanthropes and Neurothropes (arguable, since they do have a meleeable phase) that are the real ammo sinks, because every other enemy is meleeable - Stalker Bolter Tacticals and most Sniper builds can take them down easy, Heavy Bolter Heavy too, but everyone else has a harder time with those 2 in particular.
      Another factor is that ammo caches are no longer infinite, so the difference in available ammo between a full team and a solo is much lower - the bots seem to sometimes do minimal damage to minibosses too, which confuses me. This mission was a real struggle, partly because the bot was so useless, so I imagine it'd be even nastier for a solo sniper run. Heavy would probably suffer too, even in coop I struggled as a Heavy Plasma build.
      So I guess my answer is...it depends? I think it's fine for coop, but for solo runs, certain classes will suffer.

      @@newspiked7385 I mainly play Sniper because I like popping heads, but with the change it feels like they specifically buffed melee classes while making it much harder for ranged. For instance, if you ever run into a Hellbrute on Lethal as a Sniper, you might as well lay down and die lol. Almost no way to consistently land headshots, and it almost exclusively happens (at least for me) where there isn't ammo easily accessible.
      Playing squads I haven't run into the same issues, but that's mainly because other competent people can spread damage and understand their roles. With Solo play you're kinda forced to deal with all 20+ extremis by yourself and all the bosses on top of the constant waves. And they somehow expect you to do it with less ammo than Ruthless? Just doesn't make sense to me, especially after specifically adding a private mode for people who want to play solo.

      @@Not_Harvard imho it depends on the map.
      Some maps are fine, while others arent.
      Reliquary is one those maps that could use a guarranteed ammo cache during the dragon bridge phase.

      @@Not_Harvard Honestly there's a lot of enemies where as sniper I just go melee. Helbrute is one, as he's fairly easy to melee, but also Lictors and Raveners, their heads move way too much that I just melee until I get a gunstrike and cash in with a headshot. That's for both solo and coop. The other extremis and terminus I feel I can land enough headshots to make it worth the ammo.
      It does help that once you've cleared the arena of other threats, it seems like the AI director will hold off on spawns until you're finished with the Terminus.
      I get the frustration tho. Sniper at least has the knife, I can't imagine soloing with Heavy with no ammo.

      Helbrute you can just melee as a Sniper. Most of Helbrute’s attacks are very predictable and easy to parry.

    23:55 does look like you don't dodge early enough. I can't actually find a reliable source for the alleged dodge nerf. Is it in fact real?

      You can hear me mashing the dodge, so it's definitely coming out as soon as possible - my mistake was going out there to grab the execute in the first place.
      Apparently it's been confirmed to be unintentional by devs on twitter, tho I haven't seen the link myself. It is quite noticeable though, the distance covered has been reduced, so for attacks like the Zoanthrope beam attacks, instead of dodging out of the way, you want to instead use your dodge to i-frame the attack. Using dodge to get out of AOE attacks is also noticeably worse, again you need to rely on iframing instead of getting distance.
