Thank you for sharing your story. I was introduced to Blackmore's music by my father too. Even though I played the guitar, similarly to your son I was playing way badder music until my dad showed my Machine Head. I was hooked. All the best to you and your son too. Greetings from Hungary.
Well you can somewhat imitate the wildness of the tremolo arm with your vibrato if you bend into the from below. But the main problem is you can only bend up in pitch with your fingers but a floating tremolo setup enables you to dive aka bend down in pitch as well. So floating can go both ways.
My guess would be that it was added at the mixing mastering rather than Blackmore using an effect unit. Could very well be phaser I am not a big effect guru.
(what key is it played in and can you specify the scales used by Ritchie?)
I agree, but he also did not record youtube videos for tabs in his bedroom :) Of course no one can catch his feel but when I play live I am less scientific: ruclips.net/video/t-QsX5aGF-k/видео.htmlsi=wnM5QZoZdvqhGYYE

Really great JOY not only listening to, but watching his solos. Giant THANK, Bro.
I am not sure I got every position right but this made most sense to me trying to look at it through my Blackmore lens :D
Very well done sir. Hats off to you. That sound. I love that tone!
Thank you, I do love this tone more na more as well.
Beautifully done! 👏 ...i almost expected the Desperate Heart intro to start when you ended 😁
I have to say I didn't listen to bent out of shape album in it's entirety to feel the same way but I understand the phanomenon.
The solo in Desperate heart sounds so damn good 🤩
Really, really very soulful! Reminds me of the Great Tribulation from the Christian Eschatology! Thank you. Great work!
Thanks! I am not familiar with that, gonna have to check it out.
masterpiece, very cool performed! Thanks
Thank you!
Another great one from the master of the stratocaster. I know what I'm playing, tonight. Many thanks !

@@highway_star3103 thanks! Good for you, those are great guitars.
Hi! First of all thank you for the tutorial. I would like to ask you something I don’t have a whammy bar what can I do?

Sorry Bro I've a question:In "Knocking at Your Back Door" what's the effect Blackmore is using from 6:04/6.05 ecc?Is it PHASER?
My guess would be that it was added at the mixing mastering rather than Blackmore using an effect unit. Could very well be phaser I am not a big effect guru.
Maravilloso!!!
Muchas Gracias!
Beatiful, thanks for the tab man
Thanks, glad you find the video and tab useful.
Hi Bro,Whatdo you think about" When A Blind Man Cries"?The tone of teh Stratocaster is ehereal during the solo...How Blackmore get that sound?
I am guessing he turned down the volume pot on the guitar.
Super!
Thanks!

I'd say it is on the key of F sharp minor but Blackmore doesn't really base his playing on scales here, he works out of the chords mostly.
Nice
Thanks
I agree in a way, because anytime I transcribe a song or solo it does take away from it's magic a little bit.
I admit I am not a human metronome but I think you might be a little too dramatic :D
