Get yourself a PC/laptop and get guitar pro 7. Practice with as many songs as possible and you would be able to sight read tabs so quickly that you dont even need to memorize the song. You would just have enough experience to read and move accordingly across the fretboard and be on time. I'm guessing that's how he does it. Coz thats how I do it.

I had a load of fun doing this along with my good friend and shred extraordinaire, Jason Sheppard, who played his amazing rendition of the organ solo on his Ron Kirn signature guitar. This was a really fun collaboration and Jason was super professional to work with. Not to mention just an all around cool and down to earth person. There are links to his RUclips page in the description. Give him a like and subscribe if you are inclined to do so! For the Hammond organ in this track, I am using IKMultimedia’s Hammond B-3X software. It sounds killer and has some really cool sounds in there including a Highway Star preset. I was blown away by this and immediately used it. There are also links in the description if you are interested in checking that out for your own Hammond organ projects by chance. This project took a ton of work and I looked closely at some of Ritchies hand positioning but he never plays the solo the same way live. So I took my own best educated guesses there and took a listen to some isolated tracks. He has a Killer tone happening in this song as well which is worth noting. Great job ! It is the first time I see the keyboard solo transcripted for guitar. Just one constructive remark, when there are two guitars playing along, I think it would be easier to follow if the tabs were one above the other one instead of one beside the other one. Anyway, your job is great and this remark is just to reach the perfection 😉.

I’m kind of bummed I just recently discovered this channel. It offers a LOT and the skill is excellent. A++. I have a challenge for Mr. Tabs - how about covering Deep Purple ‘Kentucky Woman’. The solo is quite amazing. I’m really close with it because it didn’t dawn on me for decades until recently how he did it. One of my favourite Blackmore solos.

Hahaha actual LOL! I guess that’s why it’s called economy picking because you can get some real speed going with minimal movement from the picking hand. Just start slow and get the feel of it and gradually you can build up speed!

Plug in your amp to the pc , download a preset of drums, change a bit the eq. and u have it....
