It’s always nice to hear about other people going through this. I first started getting pvc’s when I was pregnant 16 years ago. They went away after I gave birth. Then I started to get them again 3 years later and was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse with regurgitation. On Propanol since. Totally went away until last week. Now I feel them hundreds of times a day. Time to get another Ultrasound:( it’s definitely stress. Magnesium really helped last time. Hang in there! I’m still around, after all these years;) oh, I avoid all alcohol and caffeine. Big triggers for me. Sad, because I live in Wine Country!
Thanks for sharing your story :-) 16 years, holy cow that is a long time but reassuring for me for sure! Hate to read that they are back for you, hopefully it’s only back for a brief time :-/. I am trying to give up caffeine buts it’s a slow process, not sure if it’s a trigger for me but I want to get off of it to see. No wine in wine country is rough!
Thanks for uploading these video's. It does help to hear of others who are subjected to the same curse! Your right I think it helps a lot to keep active and keep your mind occupied, so you don't dwell to much on the PVC's. I also take Lemon juice and Magnesium and do the breathing exercises. Get good days and bad. had mine for about 2 years. Came on after Covid. gradually subsided, but back with avengeance since second bout of Covid in June. Just hope they subside again soon. Best of luck, look forward to your updates.
Hopefully they will subside again in time after your second bout with COVID. I have heard people get them for a few weeks after the vaccine and while actually getting the virus. Thanks for sharing your story!!
How much PVC you have in 24h ?I tried alblation but they couldn't catch it.I have them every day did all kinds of test all normal l am on atenolol 25mg .
@@nithin1477 they didn't ablate because couldn't find anything wrong at the time.they tried to provoke them but couldn't.l'm waiting holter results last time was 33 pvc per day.we will see this one .some day are worse some better .l can feel them right now while trying to sleep
I was having 10k a day so an ablation would have a high success rate since they’d most likely be able to pin point where is was coming from. 33 a day I’m sure isn’t pleasant but that’s still very low. All the best to you!
I started getting pvcs 4 years ago and since then I am always worried when will I get the next skipped beat. Mine is not consistent, it’s there sometimes and then disappears and then when it comes back it comes with a big thud which is really scary. I too am on metoprolol 25 mg. I have noticed whenever my stomach is bloated I have the pvcs, so you may try avoiding foods that brings on gas. I avoid milk products and caffeine related products completely.
Totally get where you are coming from. I have a family member who gets them like you, not consistent but will get 10-200 a day with heavy THUDS. I have not experienced the heavy thud but can totally see that being very worrisome. Has the metoprolol helped at all you think? Seems to be the catch all for cardiologists… I have cut dairy almost completely out with the Mediterranean diet, feta is about all I have. I never really get bloated or eat enough in one sitting to be bloated, I have noticed when I chug a big glass of water mine will get worse, perhaps this is related to bloating causing/worsening the PVCs.
@@gwheel3502 metoprolol just helps me with the anxiety, it doesn’t stop the pvcs (wish it did). Till now I didn’t have more than 50 a day but yes the scary ones are the ones which comes one after the other. For me I have seen whenever I have coffee related products I get the big thuds and other times when anxiety causes it, it’s generally mild. Do you get pvcs while walking or just after exercise?
@@GouravRoyChowdhury ahhh ok, yes agree the prolol def helps ease your mind, I too wish it stopped the PVCs. Coffee (caffeine) seems to be a trigger for a lot of people, I believe it makes mine worse but since I always get them not necessarily a trigger. I’m switching this week to a half cup decaf and half cup regular to slowly ween off caffeine. I thankfully don’t get them when I’m walking around or running. Elevating my heart rate keeps them at bay, main reason I stay so active now. My cardiologist mentioned it’s less concerning and more common to get them at rest. Thanks for the reply!
Did a doctor or tests confirm you had either myocarditis or pericarditis? Did you have covid? Both are extremely rare with either the vaccine or covid. Over 70% of people have PVCs and mostly develop during people's 20s and 30s and 40s. Ive had them from time to time since I was very young. Most likely not related to the vaccine at all.
@@whitb62 multiple cardiologist confirmed it was from the jab. Affects the conduction system. 1 in 25 now are testing positive for cardiac injury following MRNA Vaccine. Some good study’s coming out
A little better I think….Wearing a holter again right now, so will know if they’ve increased or decreased in a few weeks with my follow up with my cardiologist.
@@oliverfalcao5844 hmm , a Holte monitor is on for 24-48 houses and it registers the extra heartbeat pr day. So normal people have around 500 pr day. PVCS- I have about 11k but after I took a L.Ruiter (milk bacteria) I started feeling less and less. I’ve not had a new Holte test. But I will the next 3 months
I have had PVCs for about 15 years, without going into it I know my triggers and they are definitely caffeine and sugar. I noticed that’s how you start your day have you ever tried not starting it with caffeine and sugar/honey For a week to see if there is a change?
Thanks for the comment, yep I’ve cut out caffeine and most sugar and no change. Best change came the end of September, emergen-c in the AM after breakfast and my PACs have been cut WAY down. All the best to you!

You can try propranolol, verapamil, Ranexa (off Label), flecainide, high dose magnesium, taurine, L citrulline.
Thank you!
do you get the PVC when you are doing your cardio routine?
I don’t, only at rest for me but I know many get them during or after exercise
