Ingredients:
2 eggs
Season with salt and black pepper
4 slices of bread
4 sausages
3 tbsp milk
2 slices of cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp butter
Fry for 2 minutes over medium heat on both sides
2 eggs
Jump onion
1 sausage
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp butter
Fry on both sides
Parmesan cheese

Like an option I made another recipe, actually one of my favorites for Berlin Currywurst! Extremely delicious!
Crispy Potato Rosti
Ingredients:
2 potatoes
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp finely ground black pepper
15g/ 1 tbsp butter or ghee, melted
COOKING:
2/4 tbsp butter or ghee
And this is the recipe of my favorite side for this delicious Potatoes dish is Berlin Currywurst😋 and this is the easiest recipe I know, haha 😅 definitely worth trying!!
Ingredients:
4 Bratwurst (Bake for 25 minutes at 400°F /200°C)
Sauce:
8 tbsp (1/2 cup) of Tomato Ketchup
4 tsp mild curry powder
2 tsp smoked peppers
1 small shallot
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
180ml (3/4 cup) chicken stock

Das war ja wieder der Wahnsinn. Was waren das für Würstchen im ersten Rezept, die sahen sooo lecker 😋 aus. Hat mir gut gefallen mit dem Brot Ei und Käse. Statt dem Ei könnte man das Brot auch mit Bacon umwickeln und langsam braten . Oder zwei Würstchen mit Ei und zwei mit Käse 😊😊. Das Rösti sah aus richtig gut aus, und die Currysoße war auch nicht schlecht. Die Bratwurst im Ofen backen ist eine tolle Idee, dann ist danach nicht der ganze Herd dreckig. Danke für die tollen Rezepte

Do really like almost all of your recipes-but the first one is a disaster,sorry.You should use the beaten eggs you’ve used to cover sausages to fill the bread frames.And instead of cutting more sausage into it(🤷)you could cut some tomatoes and red peppers,for example.What’s the point to waste 2 eggs and to make sausages with more sausages ?🤷
