Chris. I’m a local guy with a grounded trying to get some experience climbing. Both of us are from vertical rope access backgrounds with previous experience in tower and iron work. Would love to shadow you for a day.
@@AustinPainter1020 I appreciate the enthusiasm. You would be bored shadowing me, but we could probably hook you up with a trainer or coach, depending on what you are looking for.
Great question! There are many ways to study both business and leadership. One way is to go to school for it. Another is to read books or listen to audiobooks on each. We have a list at treebusiness.com/recommended-books-1 We also have several videos on various subjects on this channel, and we are continually adding more. There is a bunch of free information on the TreeBusiness.com website. And there are courses there as well. And we are working on adding more. These are great resources, but the list is not exhaustive. Keep pushing forward.
$300,000 doesn't buy you much. Maybe a bucket truck and chipper, but it is a good place to start. To do anywhere close to a million a year in revenue, you will need closer to a million in new equipment. Can you do it with used equipment? Sure, but your reliability and efficiency will go down.
Better buy more equipment if you expect to make a. Million dollars over time it's called safety this stuff is stupid get a bigger and more equipment ya do insurance work that pays really well and government work Davis bacon act could make first three months 7:457:47

@@StevenMathers thank you for the comment.
This video is packed with information. Would love more on lead generation, methods, processes etc.
We can do that. There will be more as we move along and dive into greater detail. Please be patient and continue watching. Thanks for the feedback.
Thanks Chris! Keep it coming.
Thank you!

Thank you.
I’ve been in the tree business for 39 years. I’ve probably made a million dollars in that time. I average working 175 days a year.
Awesome!

Make your money
As long as it is professional and ethical.
Im solo right now and this just makes me want to stay here with no employees. would never want this stress
You certainly have that choice. But it is always better to have a realistic idea of what venturing into another realm looks like.
Study business ... how? Study leadership ... how?
