Could you explain why the impatience led to the need to remove the conclude asap? I’m not sure I followed the rationale and I’m working on learning watcher after A20 wins of the other 3. Thanks!
Impatience only draws when there are no attacks in hand. Conclude ends the turn if you play it to get it out of your hand. There are many situations where you would need to draw with impatience and will not be able to because conclude is in the deck
