@dangerouslyfunny the mushrooms give you food, on the 4th to last turn you made for this campaign you blew up a few rocks and a mushroom. It gave you food, so for next time you know what to do with those!!
9:12 - 9:17 checks out.. i was screaming at the screen for him to put a tower in the middle of the 4 rocks (after dropping a bomb of course) with a single range upgrade, since 9:22 then he could have just pumped upgrades into that 1 tower, doing 4 damage per space, covering 1/2 of the blobs path lol
DF is actually pretty good at this game! My only advice is to plan out the upgrades more carefully, as every building can have a maximum of three upgrades, and different buildings have different upgrade patterns. For example, the Cannon 1-3 star initial upgrades are all +1 damage, with only 4-star upgrades being range, +2 damage, and attacking twice (if you did all three). Meaning a 1-3-1 (5 upgrade stars total) cannon would have 2 range and hit for 3 damage a turn, and a 4-3-2 (9 upgrade stars total) cannon would be exactly the same! So yeah, you can save or waste a lot of stars depending on which exact upgrades you take and in which order. It’s less drastic with the wood and food buildings, but it’s fairly important for cannons!
watching DF Play anything that requires a modicrum of thought or strategy, is a frustrating hate watch every time. Love his.... unconventional and useless tower placements....
