My cable won't come out the tube can is it safe to use abit of heat to release the cable

It’s easier to replace entire cable, it’s all corroded inside. If you use the heat you probably will make it worst

same problem man, i cut off the "head" to make come out, but then instead i couldnt feed the new cable into the tube instead.
Forced to take it to mechanic i guess xD fml
