I had a cat adopt and sponsor me for 23 years and she passed last August. I missed her dearly but I vowed to stay petless for at least a while and then I heard about this lady who passed away and the family were trying to rehome the lady's cat. Since the cat was ten years old the chances of her getting rehomed was slim, so I now have a very happy ten year old tortoiseshell sweetheart. 🙂🐾🐾
Thank you for giving the senior tortie a second home! My cat came to me through a similar situation...bff's mom needed to go to assisted living and somehow none of her 8000 relatives could (or would) take her 14 year old cat, Leo. I had told her if nobody would take Leo, I would...and so I did. I knew going into the situation he would not be with us long--he was already in the beginning stages of kidney disease--and I told people Leo probably wouldn't be with us longer than two years. He just passed in February, after being with us two years and two weeks, and he was the light of my life. I miss him so much...at some point, I'd like to get another senior kitty, but not for a while.
I am a 59 year old man. I have ran companies, been a soldier at 40 I was kicking in doors in the desert. I divorced and live alone, except for 3 cats. Miles, and his brother Ray. I do think that's a sales tactic. There was also a 10 year old black cat with some issues, she had been stuck there for a year. I know what it is to be left behind so Lolo came home also. The 2 kittens have grown up a bit, but still act like brothers. Lolo took a few Vet visits and some pain medication but she has come out of her shell and is beyond awesome. I have never been so happy 😊 in my life.
My dad and went looking for a male cat, a few yrs old, because my elderly cat passed and my younger cat was depressed. We went home with a 5 mo old male and 6 mo old female. Dad saw the female as another woman was holding her and he said low to me, "If she doesn't take her, we're going to take her." Beautiful torbie (calico/tortie and tabby), basically her orange is striped. Seeing Dad lock on to her the workers steered the woman to the kitten room as she was just looking for anything cute. A shy male tux grabbed my pants leg. Those two just turned 9, which boggles my mind. The cat they "replaced" was a muted torbie and my childhood cat. I can't believe that she's been gone eight and a half years. My oldest just turned 12, and my youngest turned 7. My oldest and youngest are like brothers, the tux is the biggest boy who is so timid and shy and can run likea cat half his size, and the torbie is the princess. Cats absolutely pick their people. I'm glad that you have such good companions. Our tux alerts me to oncoming migraines and gives me pur therapy throughout, my oldest is my emotional support, and my youngest is our taskmaster who keeps the humans eating on schedule, escorts to and from the kitchen, oversees food prep, and eats when I eat. Our torbie gives pur therapy as well, makes sure I feed her a small amount of cheese every day, and clowns around when we're in bad moods (chronic pain for us both). So yes, I really do need all of these cats!
that's basically what happened the first night I brought home my cat Tofu. I said out loud "If this cat gets up on my chest, loafs, and falls asleep, I'm going to absolutely melt" and that's exactly what happened and I did. I've been his ever since and I wouldn't have it any other way
Mine became fertilizer for the rose bush...gorgeous roses! Same with my parakeet. We have a back yard pond in the Pacific Northwest and lost 2 goldfish to forest fire ash so we made fish emulsion out of them for our garden. The respect for life is practicality when on a farm. Our cats are working animals keeping away the rodents and they rest on us in the evening in front of the woodstove with the dog at our feet. We love our critters and they love us.
My first cat moved in with me "temporarily" when my girlfriend was changing apartments and couldn't take all her cats. She _totally_ insisted she would take him back as soon as possible. Cat is still with me, she's not. My existing cat is white with a grey "cape and hood" fur print. I was looking at him one day thinking "I don't need another cat. The only cat I would ever _possibly_ consider would be one that is pure white and had different-colored eyes" For months he had been frequently hissing out the patio door territorially at an interloper cat. On a July 4th when he was hiding since he can't handle loud noises and fireworks were going off across the neighborhood day in and day out, I walked outside and met the interloper. She was skeletal, scraped up, pure white with different colored eyes. I fed and watered her out of pity. She followed me directly into the apartment without even asking, I decided to let her relax inside out of the heat. She went directly to my cat's litter box and used it.. As soon as I sat down, she immediately climbed onto my chest, curled up and fell asleep like "sooo, I live here now..." This one was spayed and not feral, friendly and already litter-trained so she was either a runaway or abandoned. So not only do I have _two cats,_ I have two cats _who despise each other..._
It's only temporary. Theyll be fast friends before you know it. Coming from a woman who let a cat in from the below zero temps at Christmas who now zips through the door before my other cats can com In. He had decided he lives here now and wont stop purring.
Once my family have four cats. And then, like it's not enough, the stray dog choose us. The big one. Dog was very friendly, but cats went nuts, so we had to keep them separated. To protect the dog. But then huge storm happens with lights and thunder. And all five of them got scared and run to my mom. And they sit altogether side by side on her knees and around her till the storm ends. It was just insane picture. They was like children seek for protection. She held them and talk to them to calm them. And I was like 'Oh dear, I'm a Snow White's son!' They were get along since then. My ma is the best.
I like to think Doc Holiday was a stray that showed up to your house thinking “I’ll be your huckleberry” It was a common phrase at the time meaning “I’m the one you’re looking for” & it was said by him
5 years ago my wife decided to get 2 cats. 2 years ago my wife died from cancer, and my 2 cats are what kept me sane. I love them so much. I'm now 69 yo.
So sorry to hear and so happy that you have fur babies to keep you company through your grief. I wish you the most benevolent outcome in all that you do. 🫂🫂🫂
At one point in time, my wife and I had 23 cats. We had rescued a couple of pregnant females and just couldn't bear to give up the kittens. They were too cute to give up. Yeah, 23 cats that were always sleeping in our bed. Couldn't move and always felt guilty for having to get out of bed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Of course, after you get out of bed and sit on the toilet, you have at least 15 cats surrounding you for pets. Good luck getting your spot back in the bed. LOL
We used to have 10 cats. It took two weeks, after the last one past, that we went and got a new cat. Is strange having only one. It is however easier to clean the litter box..😊
Cats or dogs are the same.. if anybody dislikes someone's else pet I won't trust that person.. if someone's else pet (dog mostly) is aggressive or mean , I'll be weary of the owner and I'll be watching my back and that person never gets to my inner circle. Cats are naturally aloof and that's their culture but dogs are different.. next time you met someone, and they have a dog.... You can tell a lot about that person by his/her dog. I don't own cats but my neighbour's two cats decided my house is theirs 😂😂😂 one grey, she's older by one year and the younger is orange, they are siblings ,they won't even let their owner touch them but with me they behave like puppies 😂😂😂
Some of the best guys I know love cats!! My husband included!! When I was single, if a man hated cats, (or any animal) he was ditched immediately. I just don’t trust people who hate animals!!
I so glad the paradigm has shifted, I've always loved cats more than dogs, its not that I don't love dogs, I just enjoy the challenge of winning a cat's affection, the sound of their purr, and the soft touch of their fur is so worth the effort.
I have a cat on my tractor trailer. So much easier than a dog. My cat thinks that everyone that comes up to my truck is there to pet her. All the security personal, shippers and receivers, other truck drivers. She gets pet all the time.
See? Ragging on dogs. As I said in my comment….I watch a ton of animal content and love both but anyone with eyes can see how vicious and a very bully behavior the cat people have…..anyone with eyes and a brain can see it IF they pay attention.
@@6Haunted-Days My 2 Irish Wolfhounds died and I haven't had the heart to replace them. I had to put them down at 13 and 14 yrs old because of their hips. I just went into remission from cancer and couldn't handle a dog cause I live in NYC and it's not like when I was barfing all day and getting poison pumped into my bloodstream I could just let my dogs run on a lead in the backyard. I love dogs. As a trucker, you can't have a dog in the truck. It's cruel to the dog. A dog needs to be active. I hate people that get dogs and aren't active with them.
Love it! We have 8 people, 6 cats, two dogs and a horse (but he’s not inside lol). Lost one cat and our bearded dragon in 2023, but we’re definitely still reptile people. Cats and dogs all rescues that found us and they bring so much joy to our lives. Animals truly are the best people.
I don't trust people that my two cats don't like. Toby is indifferent to other guys usually and his brother BooBoo is love in a black fur suit. He loves, no LOVES every person, or animal he meets. BooBoo caught a mouse and carried it to the food and water bowls and groomed it like a kitten, pouting for three days when my wife made it go back to the yard. So when a cable repair guy entered and BooBoo started low growling I kept an eye on him and my pew-pew close at hand. Three or four months later my wife called to tell me the cable guy was on the news for murdering his wife. Cats are terrific judges of character, enriching, and extending the lives of their human families.
Scary re the cable guy. Cats are very special animals who are much maligned and treated with contempt. I feel sad for people who haven’t been loved by a cat.
My black cat is a female & named: Sissy BooBoo Jeffries! BooBoo for short. She was abandoned at 1 month & rescued at 3 months. She's 4 ½ years old & weighs around 2 pounds. She's emotionally, mentally & physically stunted. She's afraid of everything including herself. Doesn't like being picked up by anyone & will only allow me to pet her if I'm sitting in the recliner. I love her so much & will never give up on her. My son & daughter make me send "proof of life" pictures to them because she hides whenever someone else comes into our home. I tell her I understand being afraid of people & I don't like many of them either! 🐈⬛❤
@@mrsthatcher9815 one unfortunately hit by a car. He was my best buddy. This was about 9 or so years ago. Then a few years ago his twin (also my little buddy, love them all) developed squamous cell carcinoma in his jaw, I didn't recognize what it was until too late can't afford chemo (not even for myself really), so I kept him comfortable as long as I could, but once he couldn't eat I had him put under, hardest choice I've made, still wonder if that was the right thing.
For a while I had 4 cats, a dog and a parrot. The parrot was the absolute boss. He would walk around the house with an air of dominance and everyone would make room for his passage. Next in line were the cats, especially the oldest (she was 21 in the end and weighed pretty much nothing). The other cats would be running around like crazy but always respect her space. Then came the dog (a street stray that lived to be 17). She was always a bit jealous about anyone but her getting attention. I'm pretty sure I was last, or possibly just above the dog. The youngest cat from those days is the oldest today. I couldn't imagine life without at least a couple of cats.
What you suspect at being last is correct. You are the admirer, the food giver, the poop remover, the door opener, the walker, the scritcher, and the soft lap….in other words you are the servant. 😂😂😂😂😂
We see your two brothers, and raise you two - when we went in to get two cats, we ended up with four! Two pair of older bonded cats really REALLY needed a home, and now, they all have their oiwn place, with two grown adult servants (my husband and me), 24-hour maid service, organic meals, and a suede couch to sleep and shed cat fur on... ❤😻😻😻😻❤
As a “cat lady” who does a lot of rescue; I joke that my perfect man will say “I LOVE cats” when he first asks if I have any pets. And of course he won’t have any, because I have them all 😂
After my cat of 12 years passed away, I was dead set on never getting another one. But after about a month of grieving her, we went to check out the local shelter for any babies. The shelter was about to be closed for the day but one of the women working heard I'd lost my cat and let me go in. And there, hanging upside down in his kennel was the scrappiest, scruffiest little kitten I'd ever seen in my life. I knew right away he was the one. All the kittens were fixed at the same time and brought out to their new owners, all drunk and groggy from the procedure. Except mine, who was running around and hanging upside down in his kennel again. We named him Hughie Mewis and he'll be 5 in September. And he's just as much a crackhead as he was when i first adopted him. Since, we've rescued another boy, and the two are best friends. Absolute partners in crime.
My sweet Siamese cat boy Bodhi is sitting on his Turkish rug on the little table near my computer as I work from home. Little does he know that a funny man on the computer was just making jokes about his species 🐱 I love my furry little dude so much!
I'm curious as to role of the flying squirrel in this social dynamic. It must be America. I have never heard of domesticated flying squirrels, before.. Is it happy? Does it need a special enclosure or can you adapt the average home to be ideal for flying squirrels? And what is it like to live with a flying squirrel? Do they have a sense of play? Do they get up to mischief? What does a flying squirrel consider mischief? Do they like to land on a person completely out of nowhere?
I’ve always wished a squirrel would adopt me. I haven’t lived close enough to them except for a short time. I would totally be the crazy person feeding an abandoned, baby squirrel with a syringe. 😊
I moved into an apartment situated on the top of a building. The first night there I woke up with a large orange cat sitting on my chest, staring at me. That was seven years ago.
I appreciate the amount of love this man has for his pets though. To keep a fish for ten years is dedication and a great show of responsibility. Then falling in love with a cat in ten seconds, and even taking his brother home (who likely wasn’t as appealing or active and so shelters like to pair them out together, especially if they’re close already)
This is the kind of wholesome comedy content I want. Honestly a person's attitude towards cats tells me everything I need to know about their character lol.
Omg!!! Your comment brought me back, my grandmother seem to have a never-ending supply of sucret's boxes that had a never-ending supply of uses... Including fish casket
Oh yes they are!!! I knew the first moment I met my husband he was the one… when he told me all about his childhood cat Tammy and how he cried like a baby when she passed, he was in college and his mom called him and told him. He literally had tears in his eyes telling me that story!!! We now have 10 cats and he’s the best cat dad!!
Ah… the “reptile people” thing. My daughter came out as a reptile person. We were all a little surprised and uncomfortable at first. But it turns out that her Bearded Dragon is actually one of the sweetest little things in the world. If you can get over the fact that it’s like petting a rose bush that eats worms.
I'm a cat person but a reptile one too! I currently have a Hermann's tortoise but had 4 beardeds over the yrs (amongst many other things...an iguana, fat-tailed geckos, tree frogs, fire belly toads, newts, salamanders...it was quite a menagerie for many yrs lol). The beardeds were such great pets and fun to have! People never believe that reptiles have personalities too and can be loved and part of the family like dogs or cats 😊
Not personally a fan of most reptiles either. Although, I love rodents. Had a pet rat once that was absolutely darling. Unfortunately, they only live for about three years. My son and daughter-in-law have a boa and a couple of other reptiles. I don’t want to touch them, but I can appreciate that they love them and spoil them. I think all animals have some appeal to everybody. I know there are people that hate rodents, but I think they are the most darling things ever. Maybe even more than cats and that’s saying a lot. 😅
We lived in a farm. We at one after kittens had seventeen cats and the dog just dealt with it. Some of the cats figured out it was warm to sleep with him so there's always be a couple cats in his doghouse with him.
Life sneaks up on you indeed! I wasn't planning to get a cat until some time after my senior dog crossed the rainbow bridge, but then someone in my apartment building introduced me to a cat someone had abandoned by a gas station. Alice (aka Alice in Wonderland) decided to adopt me...and then six days later came her sons Huckleberry and Finn. She was so petite, I didn't even know she was pregnant when I took her in. All three are healthy and happily spoiled and I adore them. ❤
SAME THING happened to me at the cat shelter....except it was "that's her sister" ploy..... right. 4 years later, Elsie is nearly dying....of a male cat disease. What? The vet's wife said, yeah, this is a male cat, NOT ellie's "sister". I should have known: one was a fluffy persian type, the "sister" was a blue Russian. Well, $2500 later the cat ICU worked and now smokie is rightfully known by his gender, but he has no gratitude that I saved his life twice.
We went to a shelter to get a cat... we took our time to find the right one because we already had a cat at home... Well, this one kitten came right over and picked my husband. So of course, he's the one that came home with us. The funny thing is, is that he runs from anyone that comes to our house. So he REALLY wanted to come home with us.
I love animals, but cats are my absolute favorite. They're incredible creatures, and when they pick you, they mean it with their entire heart. They're the most loving, loyal, and delightful companions you could ever want, IMHO. 💖🥰😻
To those people who don’t plan on adopting another pet after the death of their prior pet, please reconsider. I know how much it hurts to lose a beloved pet, but one is waiting for someone like you to love them. Think of them, and the wonderful life you can give them. Pain in life is unavoidable and can’t be separated from love. But love is always worth it.
My great grandmother believed if a man didn't like cats he wouldn't be faithful to a woman. For me anyone who doesn't love cats with the exception allergic reasons is a huge red flag. I am both a dog and cat lover I have 4 each. Anyone who is mean to animals is also a diagnostic marker of psychosis and other dangerous mental issues.
I lost a cat last month. I took her in after she'd been left in a closed, kitten-filled box in my neighbor's yard on a 95° day 16 years ago. I took in 2 cats from that box, had them both spayed and chip. The one still living looks AT me. The one who died looked THROUGH me into my soul. She was very attached to me. Both amazing females.
I love this guy 💙 it’s hard to explain what cat love is like to someone that’s never had a cat 😂 I’ve always had dogs but at 52 I wanted something easier, my friend suggested a cat, I fell in love with rag doll brothers & we’ve been happy for 2 years, the bond I have with these boys is unreal, I’m now a proud crazy cat lady 😂🐈🐈⬛
When our daughters were growing up, we always had a ceremony and interment for their gold fish and betas when they checked out. It was always a sincere yet brief accounting of their life, and then a long sleep in a shallow grave under the oak tree in the backyard. Fortunately, the squirrels were never interested in digging up deceased tropical fish.
lol this was very funny and relatable. Nearly choked on my Chinese food. Thank you for the laughs and smiles. I think all us animal lovers can relate and even the reptile people could have a laugh here.
I am so glad the shelter said my boys were brothers. I could tell they were close because one of them came over to the other immediately after we had been handling them and groomed him and laid down with him (so its nit always an inaccurate sales tactic) They are very different, but I love them both more than anything in this world.
Married man here...zero cats when I met my wife a few years ago....now we have 7 and take care of 3 ferals outside. We love them all like they were our own children and the Wife gets upset because I show the unconditional love to them on a level she often questions may be deeper than my love for her alone, Lol
I know this comedy routine is about cats, but what drew my attention was the bit about the fairground goldfish. It has been years, if not decades, since having goldfish as fairground prizes was made illegal here in the UK. I'm not sure when this happened, but you no longer see bags half filled with water and occupied by fish strung up at the stalls. Yet. like the comedian in the video, my first goldfish was a fairground prize. I think I was nine or so at the time, and our family were visiting friends who lived in Hemel Hempstead. There was some kind of festival going on: there was a parade followed by the fair. Dad played a darts game at this stall and won me a goldfish... and then had to play again to get one for my sister. So, for a couple of years or so, we had goldfish as pets. The fairground fish didn't live for long, which was what was expected, though it was fin rot, or rather an overdose of the treatment for it, that killed them. They were replaced by three shop bought fish who lived a few years before dying, one by one, and these were never replaced. Of course, whilst our fish weren't kept in the ubiquitous globe shaped fish bowl, and had regular water changes, they didn't have the air pumps and water filtration we now know they need. Yet, for all that they weren't kept in optimum conditions, my parents did everything they could to keep our fairground fish going!
My brother's fish was named Ralph...we got him at the school carnival. He lived about 8 years (so you beat us there), but he lived despite our care. Fed him too much, too little, changed his water late, he just lived anyhow.
After my divorce I lucked into a VA Loan and got a small house, more of a cottage, 1 bedroom ,1 bath. I knew I needed a pet to keep my sanity. Dogs require a lot of care and I work weird hours so I decided to get a cat. I ended up with 2 brothers/litter mates as well. I got them at 9 weeks old, little fluffballs with needle sharp claws. They're now 8 years old and big, my Boys. Life is good.
I had given up on having cats because of the hair and my last cat had problems with peeing inside. I’ve always had cats my whole life, but decided I wasn’t going to do it anymore. Then I saw this beautiful, long-haired, gray and white Tuxey with the most imploring eyes staring at me from a Facebook post where somebody was looking desperately for a temporary foster while she was moving to Australia. She intended to get settled and then send for him. I thought it would be nice just to borrow him for a few months (no long term commitment) so I could get some loves and enjoy his sweet face. She also called me two days before he was supposed to arrive and said the foster for her other cat had just fallen through and could I please take them both? I bet you all know how that turned out. I bonded with the Tuxie and my daughter bonded with the Tiger cat and we weren’t willing to give either one of them back, so five years later…
Years ago my friend had a goldfish named Swineflu. When he died we gave him a Viking funeral by setting him on fire in a tiny cardboard boat. It was quite a moving moment...until he puffed up and exploded.
2:56 i had a cat named lazer(s). One those most chill cats. This guy and Zoltan Kansas have great cat comedy. Alot of times people lose a cat and make mistake of greinving without another cat. No cat will replace another cat but they can make grieving over lost pets and cats easier to cope with. They understand and are there for you.

The nurturing instinct kicked in at that moment 😆 it's like an uncontrollable force bordering on substance/habit addiction.

I buried my goldfish in a mini grave. Usually we wrap our pets in their favorite blanket. But Chips got wrapped in a leaf.
Next time use seaweed....😂🤣

I am also a man with 2 cats, Doc Holiday & D'Artagnan.
Great names!
Majestic names
I like to think Doc Holiday was a stray that showed up to your house thinking “I’ll be your huckleberry”
It was a common phrase at the time meaning “I’m the one you’re looking for” & it was said by him
That’s how you name a cat!
Did you forget dogs exist?
Some of my favorite men are… Men who have a cat or two.🐈🐈⬛
Yes.
My husband became a cat dad when we got together and they love him more than me 🤣🤣
When I met my husband he wasn’t an animal person. He’s learned a lot over the years lol
🖖❤
Yes sirrrrr 😎 I love cats! They’re so cute!
5 years ago my wife decided to get 2 cats. 2 years ago my wife died from cancer, and my 2 cats are what kept me sane. I love them so much. I'm now 69 yo.
❤
So sorry to hear and so happy that you have fur babies to keep you company through your grief. I wish you the most benevolent outcome in all that you do. 🫂🫂🫂
😻😻
Bless you & your cats.
So sorry for the loss of your wife 😢 I'm happy your cats bring you a sense of peace.
LOL
24
You live in heaven. I have 10 on the bed on average. Lots of fosters. And I’m never allowed in the bathroom with the door closed lol
We used to have 10 cats. It took two weeks, after the last one past, that we went and got a new cat. Is strange having only one. It is however easier to clean the litter box..😊
Mine haven’t learned space lol. Toilet time means lap time 😆
I had 5. Mum and 4 kittens. 😻😻😻😻😻
As a single guy i had two cats and if women didn’t like them i knew she was no good. Seemed to work well because cats got me more cat.
🤣😂🤣🤣🤣
😂😂
I see what you did there!
@@thisnthat7760 i bet that orange one is a character - trust me once you go orange there’s no going back
Whats not to love about a man who loves cats?❤❤
Amen
I can listen to comedians talking about cats all day I swear. 🎉
As long as they talk about them in a good way! I’ve heard a few “comedians” say some pretty nasty things about cats.
Same here! Any recommendations for others?
same! 😂
Life sneaks up on you, and says meow.
I have a cat and married a guy with no cats... Now him and my cat have bonded and he worries about her more than I do 😆🤣🥰🐱
Some of the best guys I know love cats!! My husband included!! When I was single, if a man hated cats, (or any animal) he was ditched immediately. I just don’t trust people who hate animals!!
Same here. I think people who hate animals are the most evil life form there is.
Personally I think 90% of the people who say they hate cats or dogs have either had a bad experience or they're just doing it to be "cool".
I so glad the paradigm has shifted, I've always loved cats more than dogs, its not that I don't love dogs, I just enjoy the challenge of winning a cat's affection, the sound of their purr, and the soft touch of their fur is so worth the effort.
This is a good man.
😊 Very.
Absolutely!!!!
Agreed!
I have a cat on my tractor trailer. So much easier than a dog. My cat thinks that everyone that comes up to my truck is there to pet her. All the security personal, shippers and receivers, other truck drivers. She gets pet all the time.
That’s a great work environment; I know she makes your days and nights on the road so much better!
I love truckers with cats. I follow them on Reddit. Y'all are wonderful people.
She is a spoiled princess...I have a tuxedo girl who travels with me in my Jeep and she sits on the dashboard and looks at everyone ❤...she loves it
We have 7 people, 5 cats, and a dog. The cats still rule the house and have their own hierarchy, lol.
Well, hello, Celina!
If that is really your picture, you are a very pretty young lady!
If that's okay to say!😏
What kind of dog?
how many cats are above the people in that house?
🤲❤
Just like dogs! Perfect story!! 💞
Thank you. Toby & Booboo got a can of albacore tuna after that news, not that they knew why, but I did. LoL@@HeatherHennessey-zq4ou
WOW!
Had 3, all litter mates, down to one now. She turns 16 this summer.

Great, now *I* have to...

Thats exactly what happened to me 🤣 went in for 1, came out with 2 brothers ❤
We see your two brothers, and raise you two - when we went in to get two cats, we ended up with four! Two pair of older bonded cats really REALLY needed a home, and now, they all have their oiwn place, with two grown adult servants (my husband and me), 24-hour maid service, organic meals, and a suede couch to sleep and shed cat fur on... ❤😻😻😻😻❤
Two are actually easier than one if they get along.
Me too ! 😂

@@tylerandsandiescott2893 (chinchillas) Never seen one in person. Can you pet them?
To bad that this was so short. It was very enjoyable.
Hughie Mewis is a great name! Did you name the second cat "The Mews"? Because then they can be Hughie Mewis and the Mews.

I also have seven cats, and I have a dog.
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I could listen to this guy's cat stories all day!
I moved into an apartment situated on the top of a building. The first night there I woke up with a large orange cat sitting on my chest, staring at me. That was seven years ago.
Wow! The cat distribution system really worked hard for that match! 😂
If you wanted a fish casket back in the day, you would use a metal Sucrets box. I had a childhood fish that died the same way and he was buried.
Omg!!! Your comment brought me back, my grandmother seem to have a never-ending supply of sucret's boxes that had a never-ending supply of uses... Including fish casket
Tin Band-aid boxes, worked too

Aww...shes a little Dani....Mother of dragon
Bearded dragons also wave at you or Bob their heads at you 😊
Cat and reptiles all around here... Ive decided beardies come with talons so I feel I'm dipping into the bird group too... without the noise.
It's amazing there are people who can still be funny while remaining family-friendly these days, good on him
We lived in a farm. We at one after kittens had seventeen cats and the dog just dealt with it. Some of the cats figured out it was warm to sleep with him so there's always be a couple cats in his doghouse with him.
My husband ended up being a cat dad 🤣🤣🤣 He only had dogs his whole life but one of my kittens claimed him it was over 🤣🤣🤣
Life sneaks up on you indeed!
I have two litter mate sisters. One is a sleek, dainty, little petite tabby, and a medium long haired tuxedo. 😂
That's some humor that is timeless.
My husband is the one coaxing the feral cats into the house (we have 9) and I get called the crazy cat lady!! 😂
I agree, I can't handle so much love for my fur babies ❤
So funny! And it’s family appropriate!
Ironically cats don't care about your allergies if they think you're a good person 😂😂😂.
I am sorry for your loss but it sounded like you gave your a cat a good life.😊

When our daughters were growing up, we always had a ceremony and interment for their gold fish and betas when they checked out. It was always a sincere yet brief accounting of their life, and then a long sleep in a shallow grave under the oak tree in the backyard. Fortunately, the squirrels were never interested in digging up deceased tropical fish.
I don't usually watch stand up comedians, but this guy is great. Made me laugh a lot!

I am so glad the shelter said my boys were brothers. They weren’t ready for the fish death
This guy is great! Love it ❤
