#Hyundai #elantra Hi, in this video I will show you how easy is to remove your antenna on your Hyundai Elantra! Check out my instagram: / nestor_auto_repair
Searched for awhile to find out how to properly remove the antenna, most videos are backyard "glue-it-on" half hazard types, thank you for showing how this is properly done!
CLUTCH! THANK YOU! Got a guy to do hail damage repair and he did a good job but my radio didn't work when I got it back. He said it wasn't him and wouldn't fix it so I searched this and followed your directions. Bastard didn't reconnect the antenna wires before he put the ceiling cover back on. Thank you!
Thanks for taking your time and showing us how to do this! the dealership wanted 600 bucks part and labor I found the exact antenna for 84.00 with shipping! This was a big help!
Thanks for this video!! Last night we had incredible wind, and a branch snapped my antenna (which hasn't even worked for satellite for years), and I was wondering how the heck to replace it.
I followed these directions and replaced the antenna, but now the gps with apple carplay is not working properly (both wires were connected properly), any suggestions? Thank you
Did you contact the Dealership to get the OEM part# for the replacement antenna? The Dealership will need your vehicle VIN# to give you the correct Antenna part#. There are allot of antennas for that year, and the one you have may not be the EOM antenna that has Apple Carplay?
I need a antenna cover replacement for the car . Is there a place to get one aside from the dealership to fit for the 2016 model.. the universal sharks fin I got from amazon doesn’t fit at all.. any recommendation.. appreciate it.
I lost the antenna of my car in the car wash and I am looking for the cover on the web pages and I only find a universal center on ebay and amazon but the comments are not good, most of the cars are not compatible, in the auto parts on the internet I cannot find nothing. My car is a Hyundai Sonata Sport 2017
@@nestorautorepair Yesterday I went to the diler for $ 331.00 to put a new one. today I received a call from car wash they found the cover. Any idea of a good catch. It is hard for me to spend so much money and if I claim it on the car insurance I am afraid that later the monthly cost will go up 😔
I have an 2018 elantra gt (hatchback) and can't get that side trim off in front close to door. The rear of trim popped out on top but also still attached at bottom. I already removed the roof handle and 4 push pins in back. Unfortunately nobody has ever done a removal video on the gt sport / N elantra. I went ahead and made a quick vid to show where I'm at ruclips.net/video/QPK8QwNpW8Y/видео.html I've since just put everything back. That trim piece is also attached to the whole seat belt mechanism at the front as well
The directions worked perfectly. It was an easy install. He even tells you to use a 19mm socket. His directions are perfect.
Hey thanks for your feedback
