Oh man The old graphics, old Lotus, wall running, stamina, fusion cores, the old extraction screen. So many things from old Warframe versions that I kinda miss. The only thing I am glad is gone is stamina lol
This guy got me hook in warframe. He invaded the alert mission I was in and I'm pretty much undergeared, trying to get that sweet potato. Vay hek and his grineers killed all the corpus that I was supposed to kill and objective changed to assassinate Vay hek. The fight went on for a while, until I running low on ammo. I decided to make it count by using melee until shield ran out and back to cover and shooting Hek to stop him from regaining shield. But it's not enough, I sat there giving up but then. The corpus respawn ran down from the other side and start shooting at Vay Hek. I took that opportunity and went in melee. tried to keep the corpus alive and finally we killed Vay Hek. I left to extract without killing the corpus, wouldn't made it without their help.
I remember this and then a lot later the law of retribution, when they upgraded Vay Hek and added 4 more players to a team. 8 players running the trial and, if 5 leave the mission auto failed. That trial was wacky as hell due to bugs along with that rule.

I actually find this very fascinating (context: i've been playing this game since 2019) from the movement to the UI to how councilor way hek originally had the basic grineer lancer model. I really wish i could try out this version of the game, especially the wallrunning, that looks sick!
the wall running is so good... nowadays the primary answer to parkour is "just bullet jump into the air lmao, no need for cool wall-running or anything like that"
