I’ve baked salmon for years. Never really did anything with it other than season it with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. I’ve never thought about using dill, lemon, garlic and butter. I must admit, this was the best salmon I’ve made. It was extremely moist and delicious. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

I made this tonight...it was delicious. The only difference was that I didn't think I had any Dill, so added Basil, Oregano, Thyme. and Parsley after reading that they were good herbs for baked Salmon. Then I discovered that I had Dill after all so I added that too. All of them into the melted butter, lemon and garlic, and then poured over the Salmon and cooked just as she demonstrated here. My family loved it. Quite often the simple recipes are the best. :) Thanks 'Stay At Home Chef.'

I just tried making this with my mini oven and it tasted delicious! I might not have used the exact right portion of butter and lemon juice and garlic, and I added green onion instead of dill, but that was so delicious! The foil seals up all the moisture and so the salmon was smooth and juicy. The lemon juice really opened up appetite. It really is easy to make ! Thanks !!!

To improve the recipe, I would add one tablespoon of juice from a jar of capers for an umami taste, and salt the skin side of the salmon.

I love watching your videos, you are a wonderful cook. In my opinion you are better than chef Ramsey, oh how I miss Alaska, my dad and I would catch salmon all the time, but it is too expensive in utah. I love salmon, and halibut. You are so beautiful, have a beautiful day. 🐱🐱🐱🐱
