That must be some pretty amazing lemon juice. When she wrapped the salmon there were no lemon slices, but when she unwrapped the salmon there were 8 lemon slices! Wow.
Making this recipe again we have a winter storm coming In and I bought all the ingredients tonight so I don't have to get out of the house tomorrow. Been using this recipe for three years now and counting thank you so much for sharing.
I’ve baked salmon for years. Never really did anything with it other than season it with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. I’ve never thought about using dill, lemon, garlic and butter. I must admit, this was the best salmon I’ve made. It was extremely moist and delicious. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
I baked this last night and without question, it was the best salmon I've ever eaten. I love salmon and have eaten it all over the world. "Keeper" recipe.
I just ate/made the salmon step by step and it turned out delicious!! Thank you so much for making such a simple, healthy and hearty recipe. you've got a new subscriber, keep it up girl!
I made this tonight...it was delicious. The only difference was that I didn't think I had any Dill, so added Basil, Oregano, Thyme. and Parsley after reading that they were good herbs for baked Salmon. Then I discovered that I had Dill after all so I added that too. All of them into the melted butter, lemon and garlic, and then poured over the Salmon and cooked just as she demonstrated here. My family loved it. Quite often the simple recipes are the best. :) Thanks 'Stay At Home Chef.'
I made this yesterday and it was the first time I didn’t overlook my salmon. I didn’t have dill so I used parsley. I still forgot the garlic and added some minced garlic after it was finished but it was still very good! Best of all it was EASY!!
Nice video, explaining of temperature & time of baking. ‘This sucker is ready’ . Humor is also a nice ingredient. I’ll tell friends when they come to eat. Will watch her other videos . I’ll use it. Thank You
I just tried making this with my mini oven and it tasted delicious! I might not have used the exact right portion of butter and lemon juice and garlic, and I added green onion instead of dill, but that was so delicious! The foil seals up all the moisture and so the salmon was smooth and juicy. The lemon juice really opened up appetite. It really is easy to make ! Thanks !!!
Just baked it today! Delicious!! I added salt and pepper, and green onions. Baked for 20mins. Oh I also put some cod fillets on the baking sheet. It is even better then the salmon. So tender. Husband said, did you know what you just made?! Can you repeat it?!
Looks good anytime you wrap in foil or parchment paper and not overcooked will turn out moist. Just don’t forget pooch after you wrap your family meal separation small tail end with no seasoning he will love it
Thank you, Chef. Easy note to myself besides the recipes under Description: 1:50 [melt butter] lemon, garlic and dill are classic for salmon [add salt and pepper, if no dill substitute with rosemary, oregano, thyme or green onion], pour over salmon, wrap in foil Preheat oven at 375c, bake in 15 to 20 min. [Try using mini oven]
Despite the chef's reaction in the video, I made the recipe and it was delicious - my family loved it! The only mods I made included adding sea salt and pepper to the salmon, using unsalted butter, and baking the fish at 325 for 25 minutes.
I just tried this recipe this afternoon over some jasmine rice and it was delicious! The recipe was so easy and the salmon looked beautiful when I unwrapped the foil. I did add sauted lemons on top before I baked the fish. Thank you for an easy and tasty dish!
I tried this and turned soo good. salmon melted in my mouth. i don't have dill but I have another herbs but still good. I add chili flakes , salt, and pepper too . thanks for the easy recipe but fantastic.
Let this day be remembered as the day I finally learned how to bake 😁 Salmon slabs bigger than my palm woot!!! Husband’s grin was from ear-to-ear. Thank you so much for this recipe. ❤️
it was really good, so tasty and juicy! and that butter smells amazing 😋 ( I used unsalted butter so added salt and pepper to taste). thanks so much for this recipe 🌼
I made this a few nights ago, it was good. I added some Old Bay Seasoning to it and not that much lemon as in your recipe. The only problem is I had to bake the salmon longer than 20 minutes, more like 35 minutes since it was still raw in the middle.
I love your salmon recipes, it was a toss up of this recipe or your, "The Best Salmon Marinade" recipe. Today it will be your, "Easy 5 Ingredient Baked Salmon"! Thanks for sharing all of your great recipes! 👍
Hello everyone... I’m about to start cooking this salmon recipe. Hope it comes out delicious how it looks. But I’m sure it will because your recipes are delicious and tasty. Ok I’ll get back later for the results for the tasty salmon recipe.
I think I prefer my way of worsheshire (botched spelling), dijon, and honey. Along with salt, pepper, dill weed. As it gives a more brown and crisp ness to the fish. However, I will be using some minced garlic on mine. I seriously love salmon!
Thank you so much for making this so easy to follow. I love salmon, but I’m intimidated by all things cooking. I really appreciate your attention to detail. You are helping me get through quarantine. Thank you for your helpful content.
It was very good. TY. Instead of dill I added a bit of smoky salty flavoring. As a fisherwoman. I always lightly remove the thin layer of brown meat next to the skin. That is what gives the fishy taste. I cant wait to have it again.
I have been trying to do this, but it was a hit-and-miss affair because I did not have a recipe. Now I have a proper recipe, not over-cooked, not too much lemon, just enough butter, plenty of dill weed!
So it went pretty well! I wont pretend it was the most amazing thing I've ever tasted, but it was super quick, super easy, and super healthy! I served the salmon over some mixed greens.
I tried this and it turned out pretty good. I was out of dill though, so I substituted parsley and a little saffron. To improve the recipe, I would add one tablespoon of juice from a jar of capers for an umami taste, and salt the skin side of the salmon.
I love watching your videos, you are a wonderful cook. In my opinion you are better than chef Ramsey, oh how I miss Alaska, my dad and I would catch salmon all the time, but it is too expensive in utah. I love salmon, and halibut. You are so beautiful, have a beautiful day. 🐱🐱🐱🐱

Thanks for sharing. I added black pepper and butter, cooked at 380 for 35mins. Mine came out perfect!

I always come to comments to see how the food really taste. So from the comments definitely adding salt & Pepper.
from the comments, she needs to do a take 2 on the “first bite”
Honestly, most food could do with a bit of both in general, especially when a piece of meat is involved.
personally when i make mine i use garlic salt and lemon pepper that all u need tbh
If your butter is already salted don't use salt. If its not use larger grain sea salt with pepper
Wow you do? Ur a genius dude
I made this last night ! I added fresh rosemary on top of the salmon and it came out delicious...thank you!
Just cooked this recipe an hour 1/2 ago. My family loved it. So simple. Thank you.
I baked this last night and without question, it was the best salmon I've ever eaten. I love salmon and have eaten it all over the world. "Keeper" recipe.

@@Thestayathomechef absolutely! You need to know!😄
Was it me, or did she look like she almost puked after taking a bite 😂
Lol
😂
Ed DeFelice, Yaaaaaaas!!! 😂😂😂
Ed DeFelice probably sour from the lemon 😂
Should add salt and black pepper not a lot of lemon.

Carol Newman how much salt we talking? Like 1/4 tsp?
Carol Newman Salt isn’t healthy
@@justinhaynes3003 salt is healthy... too much salt isn't.
@James Tomlin damn
I don't think there's a need for salt since she's using SALTED butter.
I just baked the salmon for our dinner it turned so good I used dried dill, that's what I have. Thank you for sharing this recipe. 🙏 God bless.

We're trying this tonight. With 2 changes; garlic powder instead of fresh as we don't have fresh, and parsley instead of dill as I HATE dill.
Thats how i made it. It was great
I’m glad you commented because I was wondering if I could use parsley
You can skip the herb and youll be fine. Even Chives and Onion is better
Made this for dinner last night. The Salmon tasted good.
Yummy yummy food. Thanks for receipts
Omg, I cooked it tonight and it was the best. Although with 1/10 of the butter you used. Perfect. Thank You
