@@ericgassert9691 I’m not worried about the money to me it is the shamefulness siding with a 0 feesback buyer who sounds scammy then a 19 year eBay seller with great feedback !
Yeah I don't understand why ebay even has a no return policy. From others I talked with when buyers open a case ebay sides with buyer even in the wrong. Also the new cancelation policy is kinda b.s
You are free to run your business the way you want to. It's a free country. But when I buy anything on eBay I only buy from people that offer returns. I think you lose sales because of that. Can't you offer returns but the buyer pays returns? At least that way you're not out shipping. 80 volt batteries cost over $100. I don't even know what the scam could be?
@@TheQuirkyPicker_Chad he’s saying I shipped wrong item when in fact I shipped the correct item that was what the listing was for. I only had 40v chargers where he thought he was getting a 80v charger I have no idea …..if someone has an issue I usually work with them and sometimes do send refunds but after investing this guy with a 0 feedback rating. And the way he stated his messages it sounded sketchy like a scam. I’m betting he doesn’t even return it
And what sucks is a buyer could take up to 30 days to ship back from delivery date. That's a heck of a hold period
