-lemon juice + olive oil + italian spices
-basalmic vinegar + olive oil
-tahini + lemon juice + garlic + warm water

My go-to “salad dressing”:
- Mix some oil (or a flaw egg which works better than water because of its thickness)
- A squirt of mustard (depending on how much oil)
- And a good amount of nutritional yeast.
(You can also add some seasonings/minced garlic.)

Highly recommended putting your baking sheet in the oven for a few minutes and then putting your seasoned Brussel sprouts on and baking them. They come out perfect!!

1 red onion
1tablespoon mustard
olive oil (as much as you like)
fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
salt and pepper
garlic powder
agave syrup or maple syrup

One of the Dressings I Love the most: almond butter + lemon juice, olive oil and nutritional yeast. Of course some salt & pepper too 😊
my fav salad dressing = tahini (or olive oil if I'm not feelin the creaminess), lemon, mustard, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt & pepper and water to get the right consistency
Coconut aminos, lemon, tahini, tiny bit of nutritional yeast

My go-to salad dressing is olive oil, apple cider vinegar, & lemon garlic etc. I also really love an olive oil + balsamic vinegar moment. That one I use if my salad has fruits in it. Sooo good!! I also like ranch lol but I don’t use it as a dressing because it becomes yucky. I use that more like a dip with roasted veggies. 😋

I love avocado in smoothies! The texture is suuuper creamy, and if you make an avocado matcha smoothie, you don't need to worry about how many greens you use :)
I always make my own dressings :) favorite is lemon juice, oil, ACV, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and agave.

My go to homemade salad dressing is a handful of herbs (I love cilantro but parsley or basil work really well too), 1/4 cup soaked raw cashews, 1/4 cup water, garlic clove, small piece of ginger, salt and pepper to taste! I make double batches, blend it up, and store it in a mason jar to have for a couple of days! THE BEST EVER

My go to salad dressing is just a simple tahini dressing! I whip it up with a couple tbsp of tahini, a lil squirt of mustard, juice of half a lemon, nooch, salt and pepper. Stir it all into a thick paste and then thin it out with a little water! Soooo good and so easy

my go to salad dressing is usually either avocado, mustard, lemon and salt or peanut butter, soy sauce everything but the bagel seasoning ..I think them both out with a bit of warm oat milk to make them creamy !

My morning smoothies is usually tropical fruit, strawberries, orange juice, almond milk, silk almond vanilla yogurt, hemp hearts, flax seeds and then frozen spinach if I have it/if I feel like being super healthy. If I make it a smoothie bowl I will top it with granola, shredded coconut and some fresh fruit.

Cindy’s Kitchen lemon vinaigrette is so good!
Best salad dressing (it's more on the creamy side but delicious)
Soy yogurt (unsweetened)1/3 cup
Mustard 1-2 tsp
Pomegranate molasses (or balasmic vinegar) 3 tbs
Garlic power 1 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste.
Mix the ingredients up and ur done.
P. S if prefer a more loose dressing can add some water.

I've commented this before but you must make your own nut butter in your vitamix! Roast your nuts, then blend and push down the sides with the plunger (turning vitamix off to cool as it can overheat every few mins), then add salt once to desired texture and blend for a minute more! Takes 10-15 minutes depending on what type of nut you use! Thats it! :)
A really delicious salad dressing is cilantro, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and avocado. It is creamy and delicious. You could sub the avocado for your fave plain unsweetened yogurt.
