Thanks. Great info. Well presented and to the point. Seems simple unless you got zero info from the seller, so am pleased I was at least smart enough to find this video. Got the Max-D 12 loft and expect my test shots accurately reflect an immediate improvement over my 7-year old 13.5 Callaway which I never bothered to readjust after purchase. Am quite comfortable now knowing what tuning will do if I attempt. Thanks again.
so from the loft uprt setting do i turn the shaft clockwise or counter clockwise to add loft angle? i struggle with a slice (right handed golfer) need more a draw bias setup.
thanks for great video, have a 12 degree loft sim max D driver , want to lower the loft down as find it too much, so should I just knock it down in loft oft only to lower? appreciate any advice as all new to me, many thanks
I just bought a sim max D ladies driver 12 .0 loft I bought it mainly to stop a fade and get more distance I find now I am hitting too much of a draw and all my shots are going left It is set at 1 notch up from standard loft should I move it to a higher loft or go the other way towards a lower loft
I'm confused at how adjusting it can open or close the face of the club. Doesn't that come down to how you grip the club? I have the SIM driver and would love to be able to draw it if adjusting it would really make a difference...
Why does reducing the loft would make the face open? Shouldn't be the other way around? When the loft get decreased, tilted down, shouldn't the face be more closed?
I would think an 8.5 loft is very low for someone who slices... If you're an average golfer/mid handicapper then maybe try moving up to a 10.5 loft.. If you're a senior then maybe even a 12°.. Also, from what I've learnt, there's a big difference in the flex of the shaft.. If you're serious about your golf then maybe find someone who can fit you for the correct driver.. JMO.. 🏌
I would say uprt lie if you’re slicing as a right hander. Tbh it could be bc of swing speed which could mean you need a stiff or possibly even a xtra stiff shaft for the club. I would recommend getting fitted if you’re going to make a purchase.
One of the best explained adjustment options to choose on a Sim max driver.
Very helpful & easily understood after detailed explanation .. ☺️
Super helpful! Thank you!
Excellent presentation!

I have just released screw from D Max and can’t get shaft to release from club. Any suggestion please.
I want to take the weight and adjust it but the wrench for the weight is a diff size. Is that on purpose?

This is helpful! What setting do you recommend to reduce slice for right handed golfers? 8.5 loft?

Can I get the weight heavier than 24g
The screw doesn't make the sound. The wrench does. Like a torque wrench.
I have the Taylor made tool and it doesn't fix sim max d. Uses torx t 20. Not the standard TM torx
Might want to work on your audio recording process
Thank you for the video... well done!
