Happy Holidays! (oop, I'm a little late for Christmas!) 43:30 - Secret routes and shortcuts, like ant hell doors that need you to fill a requirement to use them or the tara SM that has the leprechauns and the tiny hole for the extra room. Minibosses at the end of each floor for multi-floor dungeons that has its own rewards. Adaptive dungeon status that changes based on the way players are clearing the dungeon. If players finished the previous floor in less than a minute, the mobs get a hilariously massive move speed bonus in the next floor and runners/defense towers start spawning between rooms that try to slow the players down. If over 80% of mobs in the previous floor were killed by magic, the next floor mobs gain a bonus resistance to magic or spawn more caster type mobs that use the magic shields. There are a lot of ways the dungeon could be set up to dynamically adjust to the player's actions and could make each run feel like it's own thing based on the hidden objectives or routes you unlocked and the variety of hidden stats or bonus spawns the mobs gain from the strategies the players used.
Okay, maybe not the movement speed boost because last thing I need is 5 goblins juggle me in the corner spamming smash on me but I like the other ideas.
