Didnt season 2 gotten under fire for being almost scripted and the cast didnt have to audition but was casted (heize said this in one of her interviews after the show was over., she also said the staffs tells them what they have to answer or say during the interviews too and did mention the evil editing as well). And also most of the contestants are close/gotten close during the filming and kept contacts with each other. And yes maybe mnet does give concepts on every female contestants like someone will portray a certain image like this and that. Maybe they changed some things after mnet was exposed in season 2 for being scripted because truedy was caught having signed a contract with mnet already even before the unpretty rapstar season 2 winner was announced??? I'm confused. Even before jessi from unpretty rapstar season 1 said unpretty rapstar is fake LOL
Season 2 was absolutely amazing, simply just to watch Yezi Piss all over Mnet, the show itself, and anyone involved with it. I don' t think Yook Jidam would dare to make a comeback nor appear in public after the whole scandal she created by trying to throw Wanna One ' s member under the bus.And especially when she lied about having a long relationship with Kang Daniel and she even told that she was ready to make a press conference to spill the tea about it.
Jidam got a lot of hate for that.
Even her ex friend Kasper said she was throwing a clout chasing stunt.
Later she admitted lying about the whole story and that she was bitter about CJE &M ent being caring with Wanna One and while on her case they completely gave up on her hence she made up that crazy story.

Yeah you' re right though and fan's toxicity and entitlement about their favorite idols or " oppa" are very problematic and I was kind of afraid for Grace to be involved with Jidam because of how she was dragged by KD & Wanna One fans and I didn' t want her to experience the same thing since we know how these crazy people can keep holding on their grudge against public personalities or artists for a very long time 😅😕😑. I mean I've watched some performances on Mnet's Japanese channel. They uploaded those fron San-E's episode.
So what I saw is that during Nada's performance when she twerked, San-E's reaction was different from the one aired. And during Giant Pink's (from the same episode) she didn't really do that cute dance. Maybe she did that behind the scene and it was edited just like you and Jidam when she was eating? Or is it because as you said there are 2 takes of performances?
