Since I’m acting as her representative, I changed that (passport) mailing address to my Canadian address. But, when I hit save it automatically pick-up previous/old address’s district name, and grey out.
I had the same issue, look like it is a bug in the website. Your comment looks a bit old so I would assume you have taken care of that, what I did was change the country and saved it again and then erased the current information and re entered the desired country address.

I think from date for the visitor visa should be the date you entered Canada, and the to date should be based on the length of stay decided by the border staff. The guide says to Fill in the dates (From - To) you have been living in your current country of residence.

@@bhavnamukhood4248 I had an issue with the IMM0008, specifically at the question that asked the date on which you applied for the CSQ. Now I'm not 100% sure , but what I have been told is that you just have to leave that part open, so just do not fill in any date. After reading the instruction manual (in french) again it does seem like that is what you need to do, as it states that you only need to answer yes to the CSQ OR give the date on which you applied for the CSQ if you are applying under "catégorie de l’immigration économique", which is not the same as the "Family" category. Hopefully this was helpful :)

In her Indian passport the Surname column is blank and her full name is written under the given Name which is in two parts. If work permit expired qnd extention applies what date should be come in expiry date
if you applied for extension, and received a visitor record, you can put the date mentioned in the visitor record under expiry

She is not to be added in the profile page. Just under the PA’s 5406 under siblings section

I have a question
So when I applied for a study permit in Canada I did not show my MBA degree
I only showed my bachelor's degree to apply for Post Graduate Certificate course
Now I am applying for PR under common-law partner and I am mentioning an MBA degree
Do you know if IRCC will ask why I did not show up during the study permit application?
If yes, can I answer by saying I was focused on my study permit application and the eligibility for the Post Graduate Certificate course only required a bachelor’s degree?

Hi Suyash! Thanks for this great video, it is super helpful. I have a question for you, hoping that you can provide me some guidance based on your experience. For an outland application (my wife is in India), do you recommend that we add me (sponsor) as a representative if she is capable of completing most of the application herself. Is there any benefit or downside to this? Does it affect your application in any way? Thanks in advance!

My file outside canada my wife is pr in canada i m. In india
Now your eligibility and background process will start and when that's complete you will get pre arrival mail. I am also waiting for pre arrival

• Form not completed in its entirety.
• Dependents are not included in the list, whom they accompany to the Canada or not. » . I didn't really understand the concept of a dependent child. My child is 21 years old and depends on my ex-partner. My dependent child is currently in Quebec because he has a study permit. He will not accompany me to Canada (outside Quebec) what do you think are all the documents to complete in my application for him. Do I have to resubmit a complete application because I cannot modify the IMM 0008 document for the part « Dependent child » Thank you so much if you could help me
