Hello. Thanks for all the videos. They are helping me alot in my application. However, recently they have changed the description of wedding/outing photos section in the checklist. It doesn't say that we need to mention the name, date etc on each photo and instead says that we need to prepare a seperate document explaining each photo. Can you please check and suggest how can we prepare the photos now as per the new requirements? Thanks.

if you have a mac, you can reduce the file size without much of issue. open the photo in preview, go to tools -> adjust size. reduce the resolution to around 70-100 DPI and reduce the resolutions to around 1000/1600.. say okay.. and save. this will scale the photo down by almost 80% without affecting its quality. no need to upload personal photos to unknown website!
Hey man, great video! The PR photo instructions also say that the face should be between 31 to 36 mm, and that's really confusing. What if you have a beard and hair? How would we measure that? That would get more than 36 mm. Thanks for the videos!

Hi I have a question, here in Ghana most marriage certificates are not stamped and sealed. In our case the original copy of our marriage cerificate which was issued to us on the day we got married doesn't have a stamp or seal on it. We then applied for a certified copy, that came with the registrar General department department stamp but doesn't have our actual signature and that of our witnesses, because that is a typewriter version. Note: The original copy is a real hand-written version which carry our real signature including that of our witnesses. Only thing is that it doesn't have a stamp. The certified true copy has a stamp on it but the parts where we signed have the abbreviation "SGD" and not our real signature. Now we are stuck between the two, and contemplating on which one to use. Whether the original or the certified copy.

They havent mentioned as such restriction anywhere. rather asks us , any social media info. to provide. link are also one of the kind. (also, just pd, usb , cd not allowed mentioned, may be tht's for paper based application.) We can make related note ,also They can choose whether they need to view or not . Whats your opinion here ?
While the idea is well thought out, id say NO, not recommended. Since they haven’t really mentioned it anywhere, it is NOT a good idea to take this risk. Go with the instructions. Upload actual documents and forms online. Feel free to verify this with a regulated consultant or lawyer.

I am stuck with the PR photo and have no knowledge of how to use Adobe to resize the image to what they require. I scanned the front & back of the photo and sent it to google docks & saved it as PDF however I don't know if its the sizes IRCC wants. When I uploaded the PDF file it did not say the file was too big or anything about the pixels.....do you think its ok?
for digital photo, it should be ok. you can't possibly resize it online exactly as per ircc guidelines(those are for physical photo), as the scaling works different for each photo. just submit what you have online, make sure you follow the rest of the instructions very carefully. i covered this in the video, so give the last section another watch.

i know of a few people who have received AOR with online portal. so seems legit to me. but you are right, does take a while to find. could just be the google's page rank system catching up for a new website though. paper route is still active, so, if confused, you can always go with the paper route

And I think from what you mentioned you have solid documents to prove your relationship. The idea is to get as much proof to establish the genuineness of the relationship as you can. 1 by 1 or in groups or all together, which ever way you want. as long as they are clear and dont exceed the upload limit provided by the portal, you should be fine.

Hi I applied for Outland spousal PR application online on 12 July 2022 and got return letter yesterday stating that "Our office processes Family Class Sponsorship applications where the Principal Applicant resides in Canada. It appears that the Principal Applicant in your application is not residing in Canada given the information in your application documents." You can absolutely send more than 20 photos. I sent 35. Personal photos for permanent resident card and proof of relationship photos are different. So I would say send them separately

@@KishoreKumar-sl6fk 20 is the maximum number of photos IRCC asks for. You have liberty of adding more if you need but it is not necessary to be from a certain marriage related occasions. It can be across your entire relationship history.

I was advised to provide additional proofs of contract with my Ukrainian partner, and so I had 5 PDF files to submit. But then as soon as I had submitted one file, i couldn't submit any other file because the column that says "Submissions " was greyed out. Now could you please help me? How can i send the additional documents i still have before the deadline set by IRCC which is very near. Your assistance is really really appreciated
Make Sure file is in the right format and size limit as per IRCC guidelines. If it still does not work, try signing out and signing back in with a different browser, safari, mozilla, chrome.

studio matters only for the PR photo. the ceremony/ritual/party photos dont need to be from a studio.

Will it be ok to send pictures of wedding in colour photocopies on paper as I have in what app and I want to get picture from there or I have to get from photographer. I have approx 40 pictures. Someone told me that photcopies of wedding phots are also acceptable. Kindly advise. Thanks

I am stuck with the PR photo and have no knowledge of how to use Adobe to resize the image to what they require. I scanned the front & back of the photo and sent it to google docks & saved it as PDF however I don't know if its the sizes IRCC wants. When I uploaded the PDF file it did not say the file was too big or anything about the pixels.....do you think its ok?
for digital photo, it should be ok. you can't possibly resize it online exactly as per ircc guidelines(those are for physical photo), as the scaling works different for each photo. just submit what you have online, make sure you follow the rest of the instructions very carefully. i covered this in the video, so give the last section another watch.
Question brother, for PR phot where we write photography studio name, Address and date taken on that back so all these information should be stamped mandatory or I can hand write it?
I think hand writing it should be ok. Double check the instructions to be sure( link in the description for guide)

i know of a few people who have received AOR with online portal. so seems legit to me. but you are right, does take a while to find. could just be the google's page rank system catching up for a new website though. paper route is still active, so, if confused, you can always go with the paper route

@@sahebbhatia8760 ok, so As long as you have other proof I think you should be OK with the photos that you have. And I think from what you mentioned you have solid documents to prove your relationship. The idea is to get as much proof to establish the genuineness of the relationship as you can. Photos are just one kind of requirement.

you will need to get a certified translation. you can find certified translators on google. whole chat in not needed. just a subset should be ok.

1 by 1 or in groups or all together, which ever way you want. as long as they are clear and dont exceed the upload limit provided by the portal, you should be fine.

I applied for Outland spousal PR application online on 12 July 2022 and got return letter yesterday stating that
"Our office processes Family Class Sponsorship applications where the Principal Applicant resides in Canada. It appears that the Principal Applicant in your application is not residing in Canada given the information in your application documents."
What does this means, I am 100% sure that Outland applications can be submitted via online portal then why they returned my application.
Any guidance what should I do next would be appreciated.🙏

You can absolutely send more than 20 photos. I sent 35. Personal photos for permanent resident card and proof of relationship photos are different. So I would say send them separately

@@KishoreKumar-sl6fk 20 is the maximum number of photos IRCC asks for. You have liberty of adding more if you need but it is not necessary to be from a certain marriage related occasions. It can be across your entire relationship history.

I was advised to provide additional proofs of contract with my Ukrainian partner, and so I had 5 PDF files to submit.
But then as soon as I had submitted one file, i couldn't submit any other file because the column that says "Submissions " was greyed out.
Now could you please help me? How can i send the additional documents i still have before the deadline set by IRCC which is very near.

Make Sure file is in the right format and size limit as per IRCC guidelines. If it still does not work, try signing out and signing back in with a different browser, safari, mozilla, chrome.
