to help you guys FYI you can get photo id card even while on visitors status, just present your passport and immigration docs like visitors record extension if any showing your current address, for the bank, you can apply bank account even in visit visa, just provide 3 IDs with valid dates from country of origin, same when getting creditcard (capital one, koho) and for the phone bill you can get phone plans just provide bank details showing your address.

Hello....thank you for the videos as always. So my doubt is on "Are you & your spouse Currently living together" . Our answer was a BIG no. SO as per your video, do we just tick the 1st box alone and leave the second one blank? If that is the case, isnt there a box towards the end where they say that "provide a LOE if u are not able to tick atleast 2 of the above sets of questions? So did you tick that box and submit a LOE? or did you just explain that in IMM5532 Part C & not tick the last box?
I have the same question. However, that LoE box talks about providing proof of cohabitation. Since we answered NO, then I'm assuming it doesn't apply to us. I'm not sure though. For now, I'm planning to write N/A. Please let me know if you get an answer.
A problem - the latest version of IMM5533 (09-2022) E will not save the information having completed it (tried twice). Clicking Save does nothing. I tried CTR-S or clicking on the open form and clicking Save, but in both cases it only saves a blank form. What is one supposed to do?

When I preparing the documentary evidence of financial support (i.e. shared expense), can you give some advice on if I need to make a note for each expense attached to the bank bill or purchase receipt? Do I need to highlight the specific transaction on my bank statement? Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much!
So, i can tell you what i did. I used previous 6 months of bank transactions from my account (highlighting 6 transactions in each statement, one for each month, from my account to my wife's account. I deposited funds in her account every month). i did not attach any purchase receipts. But feel free to do that. it never hurts to provide more proof.

I'd say minimum 3 months and best to show 6 months to prove the balance has been maintained for some time. For part 2, either one as long as they are official documents from the bank

Hi , your videos are extremely helpful, however I have a specific question regarding one section of this Form IMM5533. Where it asks you to provide important documents that recognise you as each other's spouse, are you 100% sure that a marriage certificate is proof? It's just that I've read on other visa forums that a marriage certificate is a basic requirement but that you have to provide OTHER evidence too that you are recognised as each other's spouses. I am legally married to a French Canadian in Quebec (I am from UK) and am about to submit the spouse visa. I do not currently live with him although I have the marriage certificate obviously in French. Will that be sufficient as proof or do I need additional documents? Many thanks!

Upload all that you can. A private or crowded event does not decide the legitimacy of the wedding. The documents and other proof of relationship that you’ll submit will decide that.

I know it's clearly mentioned on the checklist, but just wondering if it is date of event, then it makes more sense to write on each photo. Dont we need to write the date of event and location where photo was taken?
You make a good point Sir. but It’s DOB in instructions. So I’d suggest stick to that. And don’t worry about making sense. There are people who have been waiting for months just to receive an AOR. Which also doesn’t make sense. But that is how it is with IRCC. It doesn’t have to make sense, it has to be their sense. Unfortunately!
Hi Great videos and very useful, I have a question,. when a paid represenative fills out the forms. the pdf forms it is clear that you can priny sign and scan. but the online forms will be signed at the consent stage where the name is typed. if the form is filled by paid representative. how would the principal applicant will get access by typing name and submitting. Hi, I have a question. Section 7 e). I provided proof of instagram posts of our public relationship. On the side is visible that people are commenting on the post. Therefore I translated there comment in English. Do I need to certify this translation even though it was nit mentioned to provide comments, just visibility of the relationship online? It is not same as the section in which you need to provide chats, it just a screenshot of the social -media posts.
I have one doubt labelling the documents: lastname- firstname - document type - #. If we are uploading sponsor’s document like Pr card or employment letter, do we have to mention his lastname and firstname while labelling the documents or it has to be of the principle applicant
So, you will name the documents by the persons name that you were submitting them for. The documents which pertain to the applicant will be have last name first name and document type of the applicant. And the documents for sponsor will be named by sponsor details.

It can be a digital scan of the physical version you have or it can be an upload of the UIDAI version. Either way works since its all scans and pdf.

Hi , your videos are extremely helpful, however I have a specific question regarding one section of this Form IMM5533. Where it asks you to provide important documents that recognise you as each other's spouse, are you 100% sure that a marriage certificate is proof? It's just that I've read on other visa forums that a marriage certificate is a basic requirement but that you have to provide OTHER evidence too that you are recognised as each other's spouses. I am legally married to a French Canadian in Quebec (I am from UK) and am about to submit the spouse visa. I do not currently live with him although I have the marriage certificate obviously in French. Will that be sufficient as proof or do I need additional documents? Many thanks!

Whether it is good to go for the medical and submit the document along with the PR application. Whether the same medical document we can use for the visit visa also?

Upload all that you can. A private or crowded event does not decide the legitimacy of the wedding. The documents and other proof of relationship that you’ll submit will decide that.

I know it's clearly mentioned on the checklist, but just wondering if it is date of event, then it makes more sense to write on each photo. Dont we need to write the date of event and location where photo was taken?
You make a good point Sir. but It’s DOB in instructions. So I’d suggest stick to that. And don’t worry about making sense. There are people who have been waiting for months just to receive an AOR. Which also doesn’t make sense. But that is how it is with IRCC. It doesn’t have to make sense, it has to be their sense. Unfortunately!

Hi Great videos and very useful, I have a question,. when a paid represenative fills out the forms. the pdf forms it is clear that you can priny sign and scan. but the online forms will be signed at the consent stage where the name is typed. if the form is filled by paid representative. how would the principal applicant will get access by typing name and submitting. Hi, I have a question. Section 7 e). I provided proof of instagram posts of our public relationship. On the side is visible that people are commenting on the post. Therefore I translated there comment in English. Do I need to certify this translation even though it was nit mentioned to provide comments, just visibility of the relationship online? It is not same as the section in which you need to provide chats, it just a screenshot of the social -media posts.

I have one doubt labelling the documents: lastname- firstname - document type - #. If we are uploading sponsor’s document like Pr card or employment letter, do we have to mention his lastname and firstname while labelling the documents or it has to be of the principle applicant
So, you will name the documents by the persons name that you were submitting them for. The documents which pertain to the applicant will be have last name first name and document type of the applicant. And the documents for sponsor will be named by sponsor details.
