Я чуть не сломала позвоночник на брусьях. Многие годы мучилась от болей. Но упорно продолжала заниматься спортом в других видах и очень успешно. Опыт занятий спортивной гимнастикой дал мне бесценный дар - трудолюбие, а так же волю к победе, отличную растяжку,чувство равновесия. Сейчас гимнастика стала настолько сильной, но к сожалению и очень опасной. Очень переживаю за девочек, когда смотрю соревнования, думаю : " только бы не упала" !

God the more I watch this the more I think Dominique was so freaking strong to hold onto that beam after landing on her head like that.
I'd like to know when that fall was for Mykayla Skinner at 4:01. That's a really rare sight. She still holds the record in the NCAA fir the longest consecutive streak of not falling on any apparatus at 161. The closest to her only has 58. Her picture belongs in the dictionary next to the words Reliable, Consistent and others!

Nastia’s dismount was rather impressive considering the fact that she was launching from one leg there. Also, it seems like that meet held in Mongolia did not go very well. 🤭

Man that second girl really looked terrible. I couldn't tell for sure who it was, (possibly Karri Strug, Kaitlyn Ohasi was the one at 3:07) but man that could have been catastrophic landing on her head like that. Then the other falls, I think the most painful have got to be when they fall onto the beam on their tailbone. That's got to send a shockwave all the way up the spine. Like falling on a slippery sidewalk onto your ass. These girls are all true athletes to come right back and finish or do the next routines.
PS. I added a "like" to the video only as a "good job" putting the video together. Not as a I like to see girls almost get paralyzed like.

Везде можно травмироваться ,даже на танцах .А спортом или танцами всё таки надо заниматься,просто выбирать из наименее травматичных .
