Thank you for putting this one out for us to watch. I’ve just come across your vids and really have enjoyed watching them. My wife and I just came back from a little vacation to Destin Florida and that’s how I found your stuff. It’s been a lot of fun watching.
Been a viewer for a few months. Thanks for sharing.. At the 10 minute mark, I noticed you giving the distance out instead of a fix in your position report. I wished more folks would do this as a fix may not register in the minds of other traffic.
Yeah prior to IFR rating I would hear pilots call on CTAF with fixes on various approaches but I never knew how long that meant or where they were. Thanks for watching.
any chance u can record ur ipad screen while doing the approach instead of just showing the approach plate? this way we can see where you're actually at on the approach instead of just looking at a static plate. I could follow along but it might help some noobs. and I understand that's the least important thing going on at that time, but just a thought. thanks, and also, GO RANGERS!
Good thought. I’ll see what I can do next time. Kind of gets busy sometimes so hard to remember to turn on screen recording. I just have the cameras rolling usually and don’t try to mess too much with them in critical phases of flight.
@@5holeaviation figured from the channel name but then saw the Tampa Bay hoodie. We’re huge Blues fans but my son said the Lightning are ok since they picked up Pat Maroon. I have a 69 Six 260 and want to start filming some flights as well.

That was quite the workout. Thumbs up.
The B-17 is my favorite plane of WWII.
Very cool video, nicely done. Looks text-book perfect ! Thanks for sharing.
thanks, don't know about text book perfect but I keep learning.
Nice job sir. I'm not a pilot but was told that when you get your instrument rating and practice it you become a really good pilot.
Yes I did see the flip and you are doing well

i realize now how much I need a velcro pen holder!
Yep. Got my interior redone and had to put the Velcro back in place. Easy to pick up and stick back in turbulence.
Ready to copy
Great vids. Hockey fan I presume?

1,000 feet overcast is better incase you loose your engine on takeoff
