I am so glad I found your videos. They inspired me to learn everything I can about my cycle after our first loss in 2021. The 21 day progesterone annoys me as well. I was having 35-42 day really irregular cycles and they kept wanting me to do a 21 day test. Then they would tell me I didn't ovulate even though I would argue with them and tell them I hadn't ovulated YET. Once I turned up pregnant I guess they assumed I knew what I was talking about and they'd let me come in whenever I said it was time for the test.

Hello doctor, how about the people who do not have 28 day cycle. Is the result stil the same ? I did that test 3 dys ago and i asked that question to the nurse and she said, that is fine. My cycle is 24 currently so the is too late for me according to your explanation. I feel like majority of women are ignored in this testing .
My levels are always perfect on peak+7 but start spotting on 9 dpo 🤦🏼♀️. Unfortunately my doctor won’t start seeing me for another two months because it hasn’t been a year. Luckily I have a nurse practitioner who monitors for me.

The thing you said at 03.17 really caught my attention („you may have ovulated earlier but it took a very long time for you to get to that right level“) - I´ve always had long and irregular cycles. I´ve been charting for quite some time now, and I usually feel like ovulating around days 13-14 (by mental state, mucus symptoms), but my temperature keeps low and doesn´t rise (sudden spike) until about day 33 and menstruation about 12-14 days after that. I always thought it is impossible to have ovulation early and temp.rise that late, what´s usually being said is your ovulation happens right before your temperature rise, but - Might it be possible for a body to ovulate and then take such a long time (20 days) to build up progesterone and only then have a temperature spike? I will very much appreciate your answer, I am pretty much desparate with finding an answer to this. All my visits at the doctors´ are very much „standardized“ as they seem to only go by a textbook, which makes it impossible to find a personalized treatment. However, even with charting I haven´t been able to specify my approximate ovulation day with certainty. Thank you again very much in advance ♡

Now we are trying to conceive and my luteal phase is approx 13 days I think. Does breastfeeding affect your progesterone levels? I did get a real positive LH test but didn’t chart, I know I know. I know normally I ovulate on day 16nd My progestrone level was 6. So my doctor gave me medicines to increase progestrone and next month it increased upto 14 on day 21.. soon after that i started to get frequent urine infection. I believe that i have high body temperature alwys. I am ttc for 3 years now with regular cycle. Plz advice us to reduce excess body temperature .
Hi lovely, that sounds frustrating. I recommend finding a Homeopath to look into this as it isn't a quick solution kind of thing, a trained professional should really take your cade thoroughly.
No, not at all.. the progesterone would show that you have ovulated so if you don't ovulate at all progesterone won't be up. I recommend charting your cycle and then doing my chart interpretation course to help you pinpoint what is happening in your hormone balance.
