Thank you so much! My husband and I went to a fertility clinic because of our age and my 3 miscarriages. I was told that my eggs were poor quality and there was no way for me to improve my egg quality and it was the reason why I kept having miscarriages. I went through depression and now I am researching on my own. Changed my diet, exercising and taking vitamins. Still need to get checked from my doctor but in all I have faith and pray for my rainbow miracle 🤱🤰🍼👼🌈

I'm from South London and living in the UAE since 2014...This book changed my life, cannot praise it enough. I previously had low AMH, infertility diagnosed, a 7 month old still born baby girl. After my long struggle and following the advice from the book, I now have 1 son 3 years old and a 10 month old daughter. I also have 2 frozen embryo's left. I read this book and applied the tips and in 8 weeks my FSH went from 14.6 to 9.4 and my AMH went from .92 to 1.28.

Dr. Marc Sklar - The Fertility Expert Thank you! The biggest changes I made are as follows.
1. Got rid of everything toxic in my home. I used the app Think Dirty and replaced my hair and face and cleaning products with all natural items. No plastic containers.
2. Reduced processed food. Increased homemade food.
3. No gluten and reduced sugar and alcohol.
4. Added ortho molecular prenatal
5. Added ubiquinol
6. Exercise 4 days a week
7. Weekly acupuncture with a fertility acupuncturist
8. Believe my body will do what it needs to do
I didn’t do this perfectly but I think it all helped.
Emmy how old are you? I’m 42 and have started doing all of this as well in hopes that it will help in my next IVF. I’ve had two fails back to back so I’m so interested to see if anyone my age or close with poor quality and low reserve has experienced changes like yours. Congratulations!!

I know this is an older video, but wanted to mention that if you have PCOS, your DHEA may be quite high already (mine is), which is addressed in Rebecca’s book. I bought the book when my husband and I started trying and have been following the PCOS plan for a couple months. It’s such a great resource-I’m so thankful Rebecca shared her research in such a comprehensible way!

Great video. About DHEA , I think it’s worth mentioning that it’s not for everyone ( my own experience ). I started 50 mg DHEA a day and after 3 months I had a blood test showing erased and too high levels of testosterone. I don’t have PCOS. My message is : use DHEA with caution and monitoring

I am a little bit confused with products and phthalate. Many products claim that they are all natural, with natural ingredients and parabens and fragrance free but they do not refair to phthalate. Should we assume that they are also phthalate free or we should reject them and search for products that are only labelled phthalte free.

Before i start my ivf i read Rebecca book . .my antimularia hormon was 0.8. I start to take. ADH for 1 month. In my antimularia increased from 0.8. to 2.9!!! Thas is the normal level ..

I was diagnosed with hashimotos because my antibodies are high but i was not given meds because my TSH is in the norm, 4.2 but you said you like to see it in the 1-2 range. Should i insist on getting meds? Also im 43. I had 4 healthy pregnancies in my 20s but i tied my tubes after. Now im going to do ivf with my new husband.

How much is 50-60 Nanograns of vitamin D in Mcg or IU’s? My vitamin d bottle says 1000 IU (25 mcg) so it’s hard to know how many of these is equal to 50 or 60 nano grams as mentioned in vide. Thank you!

I read that your AMH levels do not increase. That is untrue. My AMH levels increased .3%. While it isnt much it has increased and I am 42. I started taking DHEA right after I noticed my results increasing. Thank you for this video. Your videos are very informative and helpful.

@@seemakanojia8381 50mg DHEA and 500mg L-arginine. There is also this company called Fairhaven. Their products are very great and it has helped many women get pregnant. My AMH is good, but I wanted to get it higher to increase my chances. Hopefully this time it will help. Plz also get your levels checked for vitamin D, iron, Ts4 and I'd possible genetic testing. These are the things many ppl don't. Well I didn't. Best of luck.

I've been trying to get pregnant for 2 years, started IVF one year ago, two failed attempts, one natural pregnancy that ended up in miscarriage. I'm following Rebecca Fett supplements for a month now and I am wondering if I should take DHEA (25 mg) or is it not recommended in my case (normal ovarian reserve). My French practician is reluctant to put me on DHEA. Thanks.
Just to add, I have no PCOS and no hypothyroidism. My partner was diagnosed with isolated teratospermy but it seems his spermogram is better now. Merci !

Should your thyroid be checked even after when your taking medication for it? My thyroid was 3.75 before meds and after it was 1.99. Now over a year and some. I don't know what it is
Yes, you should have this retested regularly.

@MarcSklarTheFertilityExpert my DHEA last year was 179. My total testosterone was 22. Would you recommend I take DHEA? If so, how much?
I have a dhea of .417. And my Amh is .21. Took that test nov 2019. Till now March 2020 I'm still taking 75mg a day. Is it OK or should I lessen the dose? Tryout ng to get pregnant. Thank you

I started later in life and am still holding onto my Faith in GOD that he will bless me with a bundle of joy.
Its been a struggle when I have gone to be evaluated by physician. They always focus on my age.
I have always received negative
feedback from Dr's even in my earlier years ie 40y/o.
I was told I would NOT be a candidate for IVF when I reach 50 yo.
Now that im trying to get pregnancy over 40years old its a bit discouraging.
I am a professional and regrettably work got in the way and it was difficult maintaining life balance.
I am pretty healthy for my age without any major health conditions. I would say I have always eaten pretty healthy (avoiding processed and fast foods) and exercise regularly for health reasons and to maintain my body weight.
I struggle with stress from work difficulty sleeping and have really bad environmental allergies.
