- Kayaking the Shepaug River with some friends. First day out of 2024. Nice easy run at 450 cfs. Always alert for wood, we had to portage once for a tree down over the creek.

It was a fun ;level for sure. I ran it once at 1,000 cfs... that was pretty exciting!
