Honestly, experience. Once you start pn, you start memorizing what works best for your projects. There isn’t a guide or cheatsheet since all the supplies are made differently with pn.
@@niyaahere4493 So it’s not recommended to put them in the washing machine. They’re best cleaned by hand, gently via spot cleaning with a soap. The thread itself will stay looped as punch needle itself is a sturdy technique. However submerging in water may break down the glue which would then be stuck behind the felt and not be flat I assume. As long as you’re gentle with hand washing you should be fine, I have gently cleaned a mug rug before 🩵🥰

Are the mug rugs washable? If water is poured on these rugs, does the PVA glue hold the thread after getting wet, or does it come off?
