    Hi! Ik wil ook graag punch needling proberen, een kussenhoes. Maar ik heb alleen niet zo’n grote borduurring. Met borduren, als je een gedeelte hebt gedaan, kun je de stof uit de hoepel halen en herpositioneren totdat je klaar bent. Kan dat ook met punch needling? Of raken de lusjes dan los als je een ander deel van de stof opnieuw in de hoepel spant? Dank je wel! Btw, da’s een heel leuk abstract werkje geworden!

      Thank you! Yes, you can you use any yarn you would like, as long as it fits the needle. You can even cut strips from a t-shirt or plastic bag even.

    hey.. awesome tutorial... can u pls tell what cloth to be ised for thick needles... I have thicker needles, and they give huge holes in the regular matty cloth, I even bought the 10holes per inch kinda cloth too... but that's also getting holes in the cloth... is that normal? thanks in anticipation

      Thank you! Are you using monk's cloth, because it shouldn't be making holes if you bought the 10 count, that one should be working. Or perhaps it is your punch needle, which kind do you have?

    What is the name of the base material for embroidery and what is its density?

      It's called monk's cloth. In the video I use 18 count, but up to 12 count should work.

    Hi Vera, I’ve recently been introduced to needle punching and your videos. Just came across this one and looked at your Etsy shop but didn’t find this kit. I realize this video is a year old and I’m wondering if you’ve discontinued this one. Looking for my first project/kit to get started. Did I miss it, or is it discontinued? Also, do you ship to the U.S.?

    I tried the firt type of hoop in the video with the same punch needle, i think the good yarn (i tried with two differents) and i think the right size of loop too, but when I do it, the hoops backside are very tiny and the yarn came out, i dont know why?
