Technically Denny's not wrong about Larson being the 4th best car. Depends on how you look at it. On longer runs? Either him or Elliott were definitely worse than Truex/Hamlin. Denny seriously said - "Probably had the 4th best car all day, and once you get out in front, that's it"?!! Really Denny? I listened to this 4 or 5 times, to make sure I heard it properly. He is eluding to Larson having the 4th best car. What race was he watching/racing, because all four cars were pretty equal, and quite frankly - Hamlin had the opportunity to get the first pit stall (it's called qualifying, and the other three didn't get the job done). "Those cars were superior" to the 11 all year, and therefore he had no chance at qualifying - and they (the 11) were mediocre at the start of the race, and by the end they were lacking short run speed, but the overall 4th place car won because of pit location!! This guy does NOTHING BUT COMPLAIN. Whining baby. Good luck with Bubba. - Truex and Elliott, the pit location had nothing to do with it, they just had slow pit stops comparatively.
Denny was pretty clearly the best car second half of the race. When next to last caution came out, he was just about to pass Chase. When last caution came out he was just about to pass Truex. Let the champion pick which track he wants for the last race of the next season. Obviously the scheduling and ticket sales would require the decision be made well before the new season begins. By allowing the champion to pick, the track would vary from year to year and also reward the previous years champion with a small advantage for next year.

@@JamieTheBangles11Fan not sure about the crybaby Hendrick fans because they are mostly just winning all the time…but I can tell you that his ex partner and mother of his kid Jordan Fish hates him…and by in large most of his competitors…ask his own teammate Kyle Busch or perhaps a rival like Joey Logano, or a back marker like Corey LaJoie…he tried to bury Keselowski before he had a chance to race him on even ground…almost all impartial NASCAR followers have come to understand that Denny is not only a bad husband, bad father, bad teammate, but just generally a bad dude all around…yes he’s very wealthy and now a team owner but that doesn’t erase all his bad deeds…all anyone needs to do is listen to the crowd, he’s gets booed at his home track…Change my mind
Can’t believe that the 9 fans didn’t let you win a championship Denny. Lol
I think Denny is the next mark Martin .. is a great driver, will win everything, BUT A CHAMPIONSHIP
Probably
He is nowhere near as nice though. 🤷🏼♀️
@@southernmermaid2526 you got that right🙂
Technically Denny's not wrong about Larson being the 4th best car. Depends on how you look at it. On longer runs? Either him or Elliott were definitely worse than Truex/Hamlin. It really was the well timed cautions and pit crew that helped Larson win this race in particular.
But hey, if your pit crew is better than the other 3's, that just means it's even more of a team victory. Still very well deserved championship.
Chase walked him down and passed him. Then the caution came out. Truex got lucky and started up front and would have won the championship if not for the caution where Larson's team put him out front. It was a game of track position. All 4 cars were good enough to hold onto the lead with 30-40 laps to go. Whoever was out front at that point was going to win the championship. Sucks thats how you decide a championship these days....its just dumb
@@joshuarich6091 no before the last caution came out chase was 3rd, Larson was 4th and 3.8 seconds behind and both were losing time to truex Denny was just starting to cut into the lead was .7 behind Truex actually
I think it was more about clean air v.s dirty air. Martin nailed it. The person who got out front, typically stayed out front until the next caution.
Denny to Coach when interviewing for a cup ride build me a car and I’ll win you a championship okay Mr. Days Of Thunder how’s that worked out for you so far. Denny your attitude is probably the worst in nascar and if you can simply focus on your team and what you have to do you could win a championship go seek some professional help and if you need to get on some meds do it.
What the hell are you talking about I never see this guy complaining he's a passionate driver who wants to win a championship that's his Job and he is always a contender he's a straight shooter and says what he thinks I completely respect that !
Seriously you’ve never heard him complain take another hit on your bong my friend
@@s550mustang5 first of all I don't do any drugs and second of Course every driver has complaints but the haters and I guess you would be one of them seem to act like the guy non stop complains and that's wrong that title belongs to his team mate in the 18 car
His Attitude certainly sucks, but when you look at the performance of the 11 car before Hamlin with ZERO wins and Denny has 46; I think ANYONE would take that. Remember it's a business. Not a social club. Getting those sponsors into victory lane 46 times means a lot. And it's not like Hamlin has some awful reputation away from the track or ever used a slur AKA HR unfriendly.
4th best car and led the most laps.
Thats what i was thinking 😂😂 Hamlin seems a little butt hurt losing the championship with 2 wins to a guy with 10 plus the all-star
If you looked on the longer runs Elliot and Larson were struggling
@@wv-fisherman5049 did you watch the race. If the last caution doesn’t come Larson doesn’t win he was losing time every lap lol.
What do they do with the old style engine when they start using the new gen cars? Anyone know? Lease them to lower classes cars?
The engines stay the same from the Gen 6 to Gen 7. The gearboxes are what’s changing; from a 4-speed H-pattern to a 6-speed sequential like in Supercars. I’m guessing ARCA will likely pick up the old Gen 6 bodies by like 2025.
Congratulations Kyle you deserve it..
Bubba finished 1 spot high than last year in superior equipment, Gibbs resources Hamlin and Bubba deserve each other.
Denny was pretty clearly the best car second half of the race. When next to last caution came out, he was just about to pass Chase. When last caution came out he was just about to pass Truex. Screwing up the final restart was really the only thing that separated it from being a perfectly driven race for him.
@@NovaFT2 So perfect that the other 3 contenders led all the laps of the race and he didn't lead a single lap Kyle leading the most laps Chase leading the 2nd most and Truex leading the 3rd most Denny leading 0
@@mikejoerger3333 exactly! Just because Denny had a good set of tires for 20 laps, doesnt make him the best car of the day. Face the fact - Larsen was better for the whole year. Hamlin was second to Larson the whole season. I dont care abt any driver. But Denny keeps putting his foot in his mouth and he is WAY IN OVER HIS HEAD with the ownership and driving.
Only issue I had with this race is that Hamlin, Truex, and Larson all failed two pre race inspections. By their rule book, all 3 should have started in the back, not the front? Either way it was great to see Larson win. Truex and Chase already have won, and I hate Denny LOL
Denny has a clause in his Crybaby Contract that he cannot be in the same room with Chase for more than 60 seconds.
True. He does whine a bunch.
I noticed that
Wow ok then believe in your lies
@@Lukepuke311 🤣
Truex had it in the bag and Larson took the bag lol congrats to the 5 team.
That was pretty bullshit when Chase and MTJ both basically put the blame on their pit crews. Larson had a crazy fast stop, and I feel like the first pit stall actually was the difference. He was side by side with Denny comming out
Their crews were over a second slower than Hamlin and Larson, they didn’t show up
Hamlin, "he probably had the 4th best car"
Myself, "Larson led laps in every single stage" "how many laps did you lead all race"?
Hamlin, "0"
Myself, "so who had the 4th best car"?
The 4th best car dosent win the championship and thats why hamlin isnt in victory lane 😂😂😂
he should have used inside voice about the contact. Be thrilled for HMS
Fed-Ex delivers every day but Sunday, 0 for 5! Still respect 11 for being there
So happy for Larson and Hendrick Motorsports... can't wait to boo Denny in 2022. Hack!

Hamlin was the only Championship driver CRYING-TENDER that didn't led a lap. The five-car was bad handling; anyone could see PLOWING but led 108 laps. I'm 1,000% sure You would prefer that bad-handling plowing car than your Toyota #11. Hamlin, PLEASE stop. You are an owner in the Nascar Cup Series. It looks worst than the five-car handling. 😅 😄 🤣 😆 😂
Always an excuse with him. Can't admit that he got his ass whipped.
God at the damn stroke I had
Denny had a fast car at the end, but was junk most of the race. The other 3 all dominated at different stages of the race.
You can tell that Truex and Chase are cool but neither of them like Denny lol
Why is Denny so isolated all the week of the final four? All the publicity pictures seem to be just Denny OR Martin, Chase, and Kyle. here Denny gets his time alone and the other two share time. Anyone else notice this?
He kinda made himself a target after Martinsville; everyone’s annoyed at him for overreacting to Bowman’s mistake.
Plus he just generally has a habit of pissing other drivers off. He and Elliott in the same room would NOT end well.
@@tedioussugar384 it might have made for good tv though! Haha. I agree with you. It seems like the older drivers are having a hard time mixing with the young group. (I think Clint Bowyer mentioned something like that on Dale Jrs podcast) and I think Denny has pissed off all the older drivers left in the sport. It seems like he has no friends left on the track.
9:05 Way to call out Quin Houff
Who is the hack this week? "must be you(Danny) quit crying"
Denny Hamlin 46 wins without a championship. Second only to Junior Johnson with 50 wins.
It would’ve been a travesty had Kyle Larson not won this championship.
If hamlin would have won it would have been a disgrace to the whole season which was above average in entertainment imo
When Danny Hamlin going to win championship?? 🤷🤷🤷 When?? Great interview
Can't wait for someone to park Denny... Again !!!
Would have liked to see #9 win back to back 🏆 but wasn’t the better driver this year.
Happy for Larson. Happier the winning car wasn't a Toyota.
I would like nascar to do what the nfl does and move the championship to different tracks every year. If you weren’t good at homestead, you were never going to win a championship and if you aren’t good at pheniox then you won’t win a championship… if nascar is going to make the whole season come down to one race, at least move it to different tracks for an even chance
Let the champion pick which track he wants for the last race of the next season. Obviously the scheduling and ticket sales would require the decision be made well before the new season begins. By allowing the champion to pick, the track would vary from year to year and also reward the previous years champion with a small advantage for next year.
Denny Hamlin is emotional right now
Wanted to see MTJ wins his 2nd title but he lost again.
I bet he gets another one

The last caution dictated the outcome. Nothing new. Truex was starting to pull away and Kyle was fading.
Good thing Larson did win the championship because if he hadn't then there would have been more fan loss!
And what about 1996?

Can't hear shit captain. Thanks for the uploads though.
Denny new nickname should be hamlin the hack.
Funny the was obsessed over Kyle fender lol 😂
Hamlin is snake bit. His early attitude was karma but he’s past that and is too good a driver not to get one. Funny how the Camaro couldn’t win a race 2 years ago and now it’s by far the best car in such a short time with minor rules changes.
Why do we still have these stupid questions?
Team Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet Racing you can't beat what you can't catch any time the Gibbs driver's get beat is a great day
Dennis choked AGAIN 🤣😂

Funny how Psychoamlin always has to presser by himself..... must be afraid they are going to laugh at him like last week!!!
Phoenix raceway so much better for a championship race than Homestead that was boring races for years! This was a much better year for it!
Hamlin lost because Chase Elliot fans helped Kyle Larson. It's the Chase Elliot fans who don't get it... LOL
Denny being jokerfied yhtsi
What in that hot place does that even mean????
Hamlin lost because he is a LOSER.🤔
Using Denice’s logic…he needed more,”rude” fans, and disrespect to channel. Keep it up…you are on the right track .”Chump”
The best driver won the Cup the last two seasons. Sorry Denny.
Make up before I see you together in Merced
You guys had your chance to bet him on the track.... So let's stop asking about the pit stall.... Larson won that race and his pit crew put him in position to win
And Denny still hasn't won a championship. 😂
Don't know why everyone hates the chase and playoff setup. If it was the old days, Larson would have won the championship as soon as he started his engine and ran the first lap. How boring would that be?
It’s not all about the most exciting race possible at the end. The old way gives more importance to every race in the chase.
It sounds way better, the best damn driver deserves it, Hamlin had deserved it, harvick has deserved it, Johnson earned it as many times as he’s won, and Kyle Larson earned it. If any of these 4 drivers got wrecked in the beginning of the race but had the best stats all year long it’d be bullshit, just like hemric winning xfinity championship, that wasn’t deserved
@@davidlevins7646 it is about exciting racing. It was a nail biter to the end. That's how racing should be. It shouldn't be someone wins it all and we just run the last few races because.....if that was the case, Larson would have won races ago.
Valterri, it's James, we need you to hit Lewis to add more aero
Hamlin will never win a championship, always has excuses. Maybe he can get a cup as a owner but driving no, he doesn’t have it.
and denny says boo hoo boo hoo
Denny's a baby.
Was there in the grandstands rooting for Denny, and it felt like a gut punch every time that stupid cactus turned yellow. If the race went through green flag pit stops, Denny probably wins. If the last caution doesn’t come out, Denny probably wins. If they had given Denny the lead since he crossed the yellow line first, he probably wins. I know those are just what ifs, but the fact that Larson clearly crossed the line second and was scored the leader off of pit road hurts the worst, I don’t see how I can get closure from that
It wasn't the yellow line. He did beat denny off pit road.
@@kulturkampf Since when? 😂 What’s it there for?
Idk. They said in the broadcast in was either the first or second white line was pit out. I mean Larson beat him by inches albeit. Be he was first out.
