I'm soooo glad to see that EXPERT machinist are on deck. Can you imagine if they were just apprentices, WOW. Everything was machined to the 1/10th of an inch, the Snap-On calipers and micrometers were evident in the vid. The high amperage Lincoln 1000 series can be seeing from the super-duper cable bringing current to stick welding. In addition: the absolute usage of PPE's such as one-hand autonomous welding mask, open-toes steel sandals, Miller welding gloves, grinding goggles (squinter style) breathing mask to repel grinding rust, just to name a few. Good job boys!
What a plonker you are. These men achieve marvellous results with the most basic equipment and tools and all credit to them for doing so. Maybe you'd like to buy them a modern computer controlled lathe and some nice new tools andvthen judge their skills? They can achieve far more and quicker then most Western workshops and at a fraction of the cost. Judge by what you see not by what other wealthier countries can do with vastly superior workshop facilities.
As a retired tool-and-die Machinist I'm impressed without true that got this piece to run on such a primitive piece of machinery piece of Machinery looks about 1890 British to me
Fascinating what these guys get done in these working conditions. Some of these shops are way better than others. It’s fricking crazy. So much is done outside and in the dirt.
I'm surprised that the crusher wasn't assembled on site, but at the foundry. It would have been interesting to see it loaded and transported to it's work site. It was good to see a machinist smiling (the guy in the red hat😀)
Pakistan. The guys probably get $50 a week. No money for improvements so they make do as best they can. Westerners sneer at them but probbaly couldn't do the work.

Open toe steel sandals. Is that joke? I didn't see any PPE. What a liar.
You mean everything was machined to 2,54mm
@@Sam-ob4of Absolute🤣 precision work. Have a great day
To anyone making predictable comments about safety, please be quiet - men are working here.
Fitting that heavy steel drum to the lathe machine was awesome!
I'm amazed about the lathe holding that heavy metal cylinder
А абразивная пыль на направляющих? Полный пиздец?
Мужики на таком рванье умудряются работать. Уважуха.
В наших колхозах вообще без станков умудряются восстанавливать.

People have been working with heavy parts for many years and there is not a single lifting device, hoist above the machines. Laziness?
No matter how carefull, skillfull and accurate they fabricate the parts , first step is throw it in the dirt or give him a whack with the hammer !
It's good to see there's plenty of PPE (personel protective equipment) around there, must be health and safety's day off today 🤣🤣
78yr old American mining mechanic. Total administration for these tradesmen under adverse conditions.
Им бы еще и станки с продольной и поперечной автоподачей , а то руками крутить долго !
И не говори!
That's why machinist is the most important in the world

Что, даже крыши нету? Дожди раз в год идут что-ли?

Amazing!
